WMS40 Mini2 Vocal Wireless Microphone System US25A/C

It is tricky purchasing sound gear that is, let's say economically friendly. Especially when it comes to a wireless mic, spend too little and get junk, spend too much and feel robbed. I have found AKG to be a safe bet. I have several wireless products from AKG and I recently picked up this little beauty for an event. Who doesn't need two wireless mics? I had to set up the system at a distance from the mic and yet, no fade or bad reception. Very happy to find clean clear sound coming from my speakers. Most of the AKG models I have give you the ability to set the channel, not this one but for the price, it will serve you well.

This is the second one I bought and when I go to plug and play it clips it makes screeching/scratching noise I’ve never had this problem before I turn it off it screeches, I have to mute it just to kill the noise

A must product to have especially for Djs. Great crystal clear sound. The material is light and feels good to hold. Mikes run on AA batteries ,each last atleast 6 hours. Easy to connect and start using it. I loved it and would be buying another one so that I can have total four wireless mikes on the set.

Hace 12 años compré un micrófono de esta marca y modelo. Excelente sonido. Me sentía mucho mejor con él que con otros de marcas reconocidas y costosas. Me duró todo este tiempo y miren que lo usé muchísimo ya que soy cantante profesional. Cuando se me dañó hace unas semanas me sentí triste porque es como un gran amigo que ya no estará. Decidí comprar el mismo modelo pero doble para tenerlos por 12 años más. Mi triste sorpresa: ya no son iguales. El sonido es más opaco y pobre, y en mi segundo concierto con estos micrófonos, hacían ruidos extraños que me hicieron pasar una pena terrible con mi público. Me entristece ver cómo un producto pierde su calidad con el tiempo. Muy decepcionado

I have given it 5 stars due to its price tag... We should not compare it with high-end wireless systems costing 70-80k or so. Box content: 2x mic and AAA battery 1x receiver 1x power adapter with multiple sockets 1x AKG logo 1x user guide Yes, it has negligible noise. However, it serves my purpose. Most compact dual-mic wireless system. It fits into my audio bag perfectly and I am powering it with a battery. Please refer to the attached images. I am connecting it with zoom F8n. Sound good as of now. Used only for a day... Hopefully, I will post more details after using it more.

I have a huge respect for these mics though .. The build quality of AKG mics is exceptional, offering a sturdy and professional feel. The sound quality is solid, but unfortunately, they tend to pick up unwanted humming and whistling, especially during live performances in environments with less-than-ideal acoustics. These noises can be distracting in real-time. Brands like Shure and Rode have already addressed these issues with more effective solutions, providing better performance in similar conditions. It would be great if AKG had focused more on minimizing these unwanted sounds, as they can detract from the overall live experience
