How thick is the wheel? I know someone already answered as to the diameter of the wheel, but how wide is it?

It was too wide for my screen. It actually ripped the screen trying to seat the rubber. I decided that it is more prudent to go to Lowes and purchase a new door.

What is the tool at the end of the video that cuts the screen? Looks much easier than using a normal utility knife.

There are two rollers. One is convexed and is used to roll the screen into the frame groove. The other roller is concaved and is used to roll the rubber gasket strip into the formed groove. Neither is sharp enough to cut screen although there are roller knives available from fabric stores. This tool is also very useful to crease and bend cardboard.

Is there a specifc roller I should usa with flat spline?

I was able to use it for what I needed. It seems to be a good tool for all types. As with all rollers, it may cause some frustration, but it worked well.
