The pillow looks soft and fluffy right out of the box but it becomes hards as a rock as soon as you place pressure on it. I have a small head and only weigh 150 lbs. and dont consider myself to be a heavy person but as soon as I layed on it my head just caved in. I slept on it face-up for an entire night and woke up the next morning feeling a strong pain on the back side of my head for hours, messed up my entire day. I took a short nap with it underneath my back one day and woke up feeling pain all across my back for the entire day. This pillow is not meant for a good night's sleep or any sort of seep in my point of view but maybe for a good pillow fight it is lol. I'd give a minus five star here if I could.
