Product received was not "SOFT-CLOSE" as advertised. I returned the item and reordered after talking to an Amazon representative telling them the problem. When I received the 2nd order, again it was the same issue, not soft-closing hinges. I again called and wanted them to ship me the correct hinges. They said they could only do it once and I need to find another mfg to buy from. This is a solid case of false advertisement and I would not ever deal with this company again. I did give it one star because they let me keep the 2nd set of hinges, even though I will probably never use them. They really need to change the description to self closing instead of Soft closing. Might get more stars then.

I ordered 2 packs of 1/2 hinges. One pack was correct, the other was a different size but look the same unless you look closely. I'm only replacing 1 hinge per door which seems to be working well. Installed the first pack and since they are both Blum it was just remove the 3 screws, replace the hinge and screw them back in. I waited a day to do the second set and did a couple doors before I did a double cabinet and saw how crooked the doors were hung. Got fooled a little because the first set installed easily and I expected both packs to be the same. Looked closer at the hinges and saw the second pack of 10 were 3/4 inch, not 1/2 as ordered. 4 star rating instead of 3 explained - the hinges are direct replacements for the Blum hinges on my cabinets. The 1/2 overhang hinges worked great. I did a free return via Amazon and they'll ship a replacement which will hopefully be the correct 1/2 hinges this time. I'll review the second shipment separately. Got the replacement set today, just 2 days after I found the problem. They're correct and I'm very happy with them.

These are genuine Blum hinges and I got ten of them for what it would cost buying two at a hardware store. I installed them on cabinets and they work great. It seemed odd that screws and directions were not included, but they are easy to find on web and screws at hardware store

We replaced the old style hinges for 32 cabinet doors in our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. Taking advice from other reviews we measured the existing hinges carefully to be safe we were getting the correct size and type, who must have worked because these were easy to install. In one day we went from slam-able doors to soft close. It has made an amazing difference for a minimal cost. We would definitely recommend these, and after using them we would not recommend going with a cheaper brand, these are simply the best.

These hinges are good replacements for Lowes Denver Now kitchen cabinet hinges to make them soft closing. The soft closing mechanism is pretty strong, so I switched one of the two mechanisms off on each door to get a good soft closing effect. The hinge has a sliding switch that can turn on and off the soft closing effect after installation. Screws are include and match existing screens. The only negative is that the adjustment screw nearest the hinge needs to loosened with pliers before installation, they are too tight from the factory to be adjusted with a Philips head until the are loosened.

These are easy to install, provided the doors are already drilled for this type of hinge. They work perfect. The soft close feature can be turned off in required. If you have both turned on, then the door will close slowly. I usually leave one hinge soft close switch turned on, with the second turned off. But this is a user preference.

I received the blum hinges without the mounting screws, 10 hinges should have 30 screws
