This is the second pair I have bought, I wear them in my flat heel boots , I slip a long gel insole inside my boot over the height increase insole for comfort , It also to keep it on place . Make sure height increase insole is tight against back heel of your boot. I do a lot of walking and have found these are comfortable, and I still have good support in my boot. I have not worn them in shoes or sneakers yet, I like them , and would recommend them. .
