I will be completely honest with you.....I do not remember ordering this book. It came, I flipped through it, and it looked intriging......so I kept it. Glad I did. It has provided many useful and insightful articles. I find myself re-reading many of the articles. If you like reading about forgotten medical treatments and how many things that were once day to day treatments and taken for granted....are now looked at as being taboo....this is certainly a good read. The information on selenium alone is eye opening. Marion.

Fantastic book. Highly recommended. We followed some of the good doctors tips and already feel much better with less aches and pains. This man knows his minerals!
