Battery consumption
Battery consumption is more, i buy 2 batteries of duracell it consumed in 1 month with less use no consistent clicking just start my course and see videos normally operating Computer, so i feel its battery consumption is More

Faulty product delivered but then replaced with new one promptly
The mouse that I received had an issue with the scroll button that stopped working within two months of purchase. I had provided this feedback and expressed my dissatisfaction to the seller. In response the seller promptly informed me to share details of the issue and the further steps to reorder a new mouse which has been now refunded in full.
