Works as intended, wish it was a little bigger, but no complaints really. It holds knives.

Have been using this for our knives for about a year and a half. It's been stable and holding the knives very securely. I only just recently discovered the bottom pops out to drain wet knives. I fit about 3 large knives and a small fruit knife in there along with two small picks. The bread knife is too long so it touches the bottom of the container but it fits in there snug otherwise. I think I could fit two more large knives without overstuffing it. I was not successful in trying to fit scissors in there (too thick). The plastic spacing has been great and very little distorting - no knives have ever fallen through and doesn't seem like it will happen. The spacing is flexible enough to accommodate the knives. Could probably fit other thin metals with handles but I haven't tested much outside of knives.

They are sharp sharp sharp! After having my knives for over a year and a half and being frustrated with my family for putting them in the dishwasher they are still the sharpest knives I’ve ever used. I wash by hand every time!! Needless to say…I bought some for my mom! My mom had a small bowel obstruction that required surgery. I made a soup but cutting the potatoes with her knives was so bad it flared up my old arthritic hands! So I looked for the set and had but weren’t available….then I found the same company with a sale for 2 knives less for a quarter of the price I paid! I would’ve paid full price so I was psyched!!! My mom said she stopped making carne guisada because at a young spry 80 yr old her hands hurt too much! NOW she’s making my dad a little gordito again because she’s been cooking a lot more lately! I sure wish I lived closer lol!! She said she has never in her life had such amazing and sharp knives!
