DEWALT DGC530 USB Charging Tool Backpack

I received the back pack in the mail as the shipping details stated. There were no surprises or issues with shipping. This back pack is by far one of the most amazing back packs ever. It has sturdy handles on top as well as the normal back pack straps. It can hold SO much and isn't huge or bulky at all. The back pack is very durable and obviously made with top quality material both on the outside and the inside. There are two Velcro pockets on the outside front and one larger one towards the bottom, but that one does not have Velcro but rather a nice strong latch. There's a sewn in strap on the side that you could use to hold a measuring tape. It has a metal piece on the top so that the measuring tape doesn't damage the strap. On the inside of the back pack there is room to store tools both in the pockets/slots or loosely inside the back pack. The USB charging battery is on the inside of the back pack. The USB charging battery dock comes with two USB type A charging parts that can charge or supply power to USB compatible devices w/the use of DeWalt 20Vmax lithium ion battery packs. The back pack came with very helpful instructions for the charging unit. I'm beyond impressed with the quality and capabilities this back pack has!

My bother just bough a new house and was looking for a tool bag. He likes back packs AND also has Dewalt 20V battery tools. This was the perfect choice and he loves it. My bother has this thing packed. If you are a "DeWalt guy" (or girl) looking for a great bag this is the bag for you!

I received the backpack a couple of weeks ago. It is well laid out with enough room for most of the tools I need for mobile tech repair. It has room for meters and all the hand tools to complete most jobs. The charging system works great with my DeWALT 20 volt battery (not included with the backpack). There's even a pocket for my iPad! This one is not as large or have as many pockets as my old pack, but it is laid out well and well constructed. The tool side lays flat when opened so it's easy to work from and doesn't dump my tools like some of the other brands I've seen. Straps are comfortable and the carry handle on the top is nice for lifting in and out of my truck box. Awesome pack and look forward to years of use.

Nice bag seem well made. It’s holding a good amount of tools. I like that you can plug in a laptop or pad device with USB using a battery in the pack. Only issue is the weight of bag with tools it could get a bit heavy. It’s up to individuals use I guess so far works fine .

Absolutely love my new work bag!! The internal possibility to charge is so smart and practical. It has so many inside pockets for organization too.

I bought this backpack a few weeks ago thinking it was a pretty cool concept but not sure how often I would use it. I am in industrial sales and always on the road so probably not the typical customer they were expecting for this product. However, I have to say that this product is awesome and pretty much goes with me everywhere I go since we are always hooked into our electronics! In addition I have to demo industrial tools and this bag holds the necessities that I use for them perfectly. This bag is extremely durable and also has a lot of protection for my laptop, ipad, and phone. I am also a big fan of the battery indicator so I know the status of the 20V battery, so I know when I need to recharge. I would highly recommend this bag and have already had a few contractor friends who purchased this and love it. ENJOY!

I bought the DeWalt USB Charging Tool Backpack several years ago for work, and it’s still going strong. Simply, Outstanding! Incredible durability. Fits all my most important service call tools. Small enough to fit anywhere, but big enough to get the job done. Many pockets to keep and maintain organised. Easy to carry, can carry from top handle. Or if hands are tied up, simply throw it on you back. Most important cool new feature, and this is definitely a game changer. Simply connect your Dewalt battery to the port in bag, and keep your cell phone or tablet charged for the entire day! No more running back and forth to the truck leaving your cell to charge, while potentially missing out on important texts/calls. Definitely a hot item... Upto date with todays technology.
