I bought this following a knee replacement and it was very good for the swelling . The only problem is the gel melted quite quickly and had to be re frozen meaning you were unable to treat hot and cold one after the other , you could really do with two gel packs and one could be in the freezer while the other is being used. It is a very comfortable fit .

Much better than a bag of frozen peas! It stays cold longer, wraps right round, holds in place and applies some pressure. Ideal for injury or after surgery or arthroscopy.

I have just had a knee replacement and this is a very easy and efficient way of keeping it iced regularly. It also means you can move while it is being iced.

I use this after knee bending exercises whilst I am recovering from total knee replacement! Very soothing. Please read the instruction sheet that warns you not to place directly onto your skin. I use a single paper serviette. Like I say, I use, after exercises, then I elevate my leg, and then I receive the cooling reward of strapping this cuff on. I leave it on for 20 minutes and I find most of the swelling has been reduced. I have a very cold fridge so I store it in the bottom salad drawer.

I bought one and the air bag leaked after a short period but after return window. The cold pouch only covers front of knee. I bought another thinking I would throw away the old one but keep the cold pouch to cool the back of my knee. Within a few days the new one air bag leaked too. At least it broke quick enough for me to return.

Great product and easy to use. Works wonders.
