Excellent gaming mouse with very accurate tracking and lightweight feel. The TrueMove 18,000 CPI sensor is fast and responsive, and the side buttons are perfect for MOBA/MMO shortcuts. Comfortable shape even for long sessions – brilliant all-round mouse for competitive gameplay.

It just might be the best mouse I owned. Good grip, nice feel, great response, and once you've programmed the mouse (including turning the lights off), the GG app is only needed when changing settings again. Weight and design are also great.

Overall a very well rounded mouse with ample buttons and customisations. The software which controls the lighting and mouse customisation is in early access mode so can be rather glitchy and buggy which made customisations a bit of a pain. The palm area of the mouse is matt plastic which is a bit too rough for my liking but that's subjective. Overall, for the price (£40) it's a great buy.

This is now my main mouse for my laptop. And I love it! The side buttons are very ergonomically positioned and can easily be programmed with included software. The buttons all feel high quality and the lighting is amazing to watch! I would recommend buying on sale though, as the MSRP is a little high, but definitely still worth the money!

This mouse is great for me as I always press the wrong buttons on my keyboard when playing games at a fast pace, but now I have reprogrammed all 9 buttons easily through the Steelseries engine (which is simple enough to use), allowing me to only have to use the WASD keys on some games. The rgb lighting is as good as you’ll find with any other brands like Corsair or Razer. You can pretty much do whatever you want with the lighting and it’s quite bright compared to everything else on my setup (can be changed if you dislike that). I feel Steelseries sort of pushes the limits of rgb stuff, as on max speed on colour shift with max brightness you’ll basically have an Epileptic fit. I guess you can sync profiles to other Steelseries stuff like keyboards but I don’t have any so I can’t confirm. Almost all my other stuff is Corsair so it’s a little annoying I can’t sync the rgb, but it’s a small price to pay for such a good mouse. Build quality is very good. I’ve used this mouse for over a month and it feels really nice. It’s made of plastic but still a quality type which doesn’t show fingerprints or feel cheap. Weight is fine, not heavy but not super light. Overall a good quality mouse which I would recommend to anyone wanting a mouse with lots of buttons, while still keeping a good feeling, something lots of other brands have failed to do. As of August 2021 this mouse is relatively new, so a Bluetooth option in the future would be nice.

Well worth the money and the functionality is amazing and it just glides across my mousepad due to the air sensor instead of a traditional laser sensor it’s much better and I love you can change the CPI

Great gaming mouse, buttons are clicky which i love, dpi settings adjustable within the app, uses a usb connector which is sturdy unlike most mouses good functionally worth the money

事務作業用途で使っています。 Zoomやブラウザで使うショートカットをマウスで操作したく、初めてゲーミングマウスを買いました。 ・一番気に入っているのは、左側面にある上下ボタンです。これがとても使い易いです。 このボタンには、ブラウザの拡大・100%に戻すの２つを設定しています。 ・ただ、左側面にある大きなボタンの押し方がよく分かりません。 私は成人男性なのですが、私の持ち方ですと、ボタンが指にかかりません。 押す場合は、握り直して押し、また元に握り直す必要があります。。。 そのため、使用頻度が低いショートカットを割り当てています。 欧米の人は手が大きく親指が届くのでしょうか！？日本人の親指には遠すぎます。 ここだけが残念です。あとは、非常に満足しています。 ・マクロですが、マウス設定だけだとうまく機能しないショートカットがあり、 必要に応じてPowerToysと組み合わせて使っています。

Loved the extra buttons and it's very comfortable to use. Only one downside is reaching the BIG grey button on the side, but this is probably due to me having smaller hands. People with bigger hands might also have issues with the other 3 buttons on the side as they would need to curl their thumb a lot more to press them. Overall still an big upgrade from my previous mouse. Quick delivery and dispatch too as it arrive almost 2 weeks earlier than the scheduled date.

La SteelSeries Rival 5 est une souris gaming vraiment impressionnante. Sa prise en main est confortable, les boutons sont réactifs et parfaitement placés, et le capteur offre une précision redoutable pour les jeux FPS. The mouse feel so light weight and the accuracy and precession is so good. The quality of wire is good. You can easily configured dpi with the steelseries application. Overall the mouse is so good. Worth every penny
