How do you fit your foot into these so they don't make your arch hurt?

These do not hurt my arches, they actually helped when I had problems with plantar fasciitis. I wear them always around the house, I don’t walk distances in them. Maybe they just don’t suit your foot and gait??

My wife wears size 9.5. These come even size only. Should she size up or down with this brand?

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! We have two sizing types of OOFOS-- most of OOFOS are unisex sizing, medium-width. The OOriginal/ OOriginal Sport, OOahh/OOahh Sport, and OOCloog are all unisex shoes that come in the standard medium width. Our OOlala collection is a women’s style, medium-width. You will find that the OOlala has a slightly more narrow footbed, and we suggest this style for someone with narrow feet. All styles of OOFOS footwear have the same patented footbed design and are made of OOfoam. WHOLE SIZES: If you normally wear a whole size, order the same whole size of OOFOS. Our shoes have a medium-width footbed, but please keep in mind that everyone’s feet are different and the sizing is not the same for everyone. HALF SIZES: If you normally wear a half size: Women: we suggest ordering a half size UP for best fit. Men: we suggest ordering a half-size DOWN for best fit. CLOGS: The footbed of each pair of OOFOS shoes is the same, so the OOCloog should fit the same as other OOFOS. However, some people find that they need to size up in the OOCloog, due to it being closed-toe. Do these offa for women run short? I ordered a size 9 and they sent me a 10

They do not run short but do not come in half sizes. For me, I normally wear a 6.5 but OOFOS says to order a 7. I find has worked out fine. So only order in whole sizes and if you are a half size order the next whole size up.

Plantar Fasciitis shoe remedy

I am a patient of plantar fasciitis, my doctor recommended me this oofos and i found it really comfortable I would highly recommend this for the people who have same problem

I was hesitant to spend so much on these slides, but they are easily the best purchase of the summer. I'm not overly optimistic about how long they will last, but I don't care. These were were a replacement for an ancient Crocs model I think they discontinued some years back. The material they are made of is way more cushiony than crocs (which is good) but I doubt they will last as long. I could be proven wrong though. I have bunions in the front of my feet and some kind of heel pain (might be plantars fasciitis IDK) in the back. These are the only shoes I own that I can wear for long periods. Other shoes -- and I've tried a lot of shoes -- either shift my weight to the front of my foot (irritates bunions) or the back of my feet (irritates heels). The Oofos soles somehow support the center of my foot (arch) as well and allow weight distribution evenly over the bottom of my foot. The arch support feels very natural, not just a lump in the middle of the sole like the alleged arch support in some other brands. They are super squishy, plenty of cushioning. I will continue to buy these they get discontinued.

These are heaven for my feet! Been struggling with heel and foot pain. I tried these out and they are a foot saver! I literally wear them around all day even the house because my feet have no pain when wearing. They are super soft yet so supportive. The roundness of the sole took a little bit to get used to bc they’re not flat, so give it a week or 2 of wearing to fully adjust. You’ll feet will thank you! The color of these is so pretty and goes with everything.
