Great Screws
Not much to say. They worked as expected. They're long (4" for mine) and have the cut out at the tip which allows them to cut into wood for easier driving. We did not pre-drill, but simply drove it through 5/8" OSB, 1.5" of foam (easy), then 3/4" plywood and rafters below. They had a star drive, so you need that particular bit for insertion or extraction. They're coated with something (epoxy like?) that's supposed to keep them from rusting. If it's anything like the gray, brown, or yellow coatings out there, I'm sure they'll hold up quite well. I needed quite a few, so I ordered 25 pound tubs. The tub did not hold up very well to the shipping. It was placed in a box and it was not sealed beyond what they do at the factory. There was no drive bit included, but I think it may have been removed by anyone shipping it. I have not seen these exact screws at the home centers or local lumber yards, but they may be available.

Five Stars
Torx heads never strip out. Will break an occasional screw in hard wood or composite though.
