Product is great so is the price and quick shipping. The packaging is a different story I get 10 cartons at a time and they come in a box with nothing inside to stop them from smashing around inside of it so the last 20 cartons I got were so bent and messed up I spent twice as much time rolling them. I know you can’t control the people handling the packages but you can send them out with in ways to give them a better chance to show up undamaged to the customer Be ready to straighten all of the filters before you roll them

Works well with cigarette machine I bought from Amazon..good size ,sturdy.looks just like a store bought cigarettes.make sure they are properly packed(tobacco)plenty in carton good price.

I love Zen Regular tubes, they are made of hemp and do not impede the flavor of the tobacco. Also and unlike many other tubes, they come in a 250 count. That's nice because I get about 2 1/2 cartons from a pound of tobacco, 1 lb = 1 Carton of Zen tubes, simple. But it seems that despite the retailer, one box in a multipack almost always arrives a bit smushed. While the tubes are generally still usable, it does take a bit more time to load them on the stuffing machine. After years of ordering these same tubes and them often arriving party damaged I wish someone would fix the issue.

Much better than the Beretta brand my father gets. He said it is much easier to roll using these and they are much more forgiving when putting them on the rolling stem of the machine. 10/10 will be swapping. Slow burn!

Zen are great. They have no taste and are strong. Burn is just right
