These are perfect not only for splinters but can get those chin hairs when they've barely broken skin. I have bought a few of these so I have a pair in my travel bag, purse and bathroom plus an extra stashed away.

Bought these for use in the metal shop, they paid for themselves in the first time I forgot to use gloves with a die grinder in the time it saved chasing barely visible splinters. I gave it 4 stars only because they appear to be a keychain type item, (and they truly are pocketable) however they also tend to open up on their own in the pocket and will stab your leg because of how sharp they are. Not really a problem, just something to be aware of so you don't put them there. I wish I had a pair for home as well.

Invaluable. As someone who frequently handles wooden pallets, I've gotten more than my share of splinters over the years. These tweezers are the right tool for getting those splinters out of my hands. My hands are pretty callused, too, and the sharp tips make digging through thick skin much easier. I keep one pair on my keychain and one pair in my locker. They're pricey, but they work well and seem pretty durable.

They get into tight spots, but they’re difficult to hold and too small for my hands to manipulate

I am extremely grateful for this product! When I had a deep rose thorn lodged in my heel, nothing seemed to work. However, after using this product, I successfully removed the thorn in less than 2 minutes. It was a painless experience, and its compact size makes it convenient to carry around. My husband also found it useful for getting a piece of rice unstuck from his phone's charge port.

Very fine tweezers that are great for removing splinters, glass shards etc. Pair with a magnifying glass that has a built-in light.

I was worried they would pop open in my pocket and I’d get a sharp jab in the thigh or hand (or somewhere worse), but they appear to be specifically designed to never do that. Sharp, sturdy, good design and tremendously useful. *If you keep them on a heavy set of keys, I would recommend separating the tweezers from your keys if you are about to do something precise or near a vulnerable spot because the weight from your other keys and fobs could hinder your precision. Thank you!
