Odense Pure Almond Paste, 7 oz.

I cannot recommend this product enough—I have purchased this over 10 times! I always use it when making my almond croissants and almond pinwheels, and the results are consistently perfect. The texture and sugar content are spot on. When you open the package, there's a pleasant whiff of almond smell—it's not overpowering, but that delicious, true almond aroma really comes through beautifully after baking. It's very easy to use; you just need to cut the packaging with scissors, and then you can get started on your baking project. This is a staple in my kitchen!

Product is great tasting, fresh with good texture. I was very pleased. Great price also. I was glad to receive it. My only problem is that the chat bot answered that container was a resealable tube. (I used to buy this from a local grocery, contained in a small canister with plastic reseal able top, refrigerate after opening. This is a roll, much like the old slice and bake cookies. It is secured at each end with a strong metal band. Husband had to remove it. However, there are excellent storage instructions to wrap in clear plastic wrap, then store in refrigerator inside a sealed plastic bag. No big deal, really. The almond paste functions quite well. Yummy!

Good product, occasionally bought. Least costly way to enjoy good marzipan.

Great to use in baking. Excellent flavor in cookies or anything needing almond paste. Reasonably priced. To blend easily use a grater. Will buy again.

I have not used just yet, however, packaging looks good, and cannot wait to use in my recipe. It is good for cakes, cookies, and my favorite pie growing up -for Christmas,or anytime.

I add a small amount of this to some of my homemade cookies. Flavor is good, but I wish it was in a container that had a "cap".

I buy this every December to make pignoli cookies. Excellent product !
