Gaia Herbs - Thyroid Support, 60 capsules

I've been using Gaia Herbs Thyroid Support for a few months now as part of my wellness plan. I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism. My TSH started at 9.53, and after consistent use (alongside a supportive supplement routine and better sleep), my levels came down to 6.51 — without medication. To note, my T3 and T4 have remained within normal ranges between both readings. Here’s what I like: ✦ Herbal blend with ashwagandha, schisandra, and kelp ✦ No crash or stimulant effects ✦ Clean ingredients, no fillers ✦ Works well with my multivitamin (which has Selenium) and Omega-3s What to know: ༝ Strong herbal scent (but manageable) ༝ Using this, like most natural supplements, will take time — this isn’t an overnight fix ・・・・・ My final thoughts: This has become a core part of my supplement routine. I'm looking forward to my next reading next month! I feel more mentally alert, my fatigue is lighter, feel more energized and my lab improved. Also, it's worth every penny for clean, plant-based thyroid support. The ingredient quality, herbal synergy, and results make this a smart investment especially if you're avoiding prescription medication but still want real results. If you're on a similar path with subclinical hypothyroidism, I recommend giving it 2–3 months to see how your body responds and always check with your doc, functional medicine doc and/or endocrinologist especially if you’re on other prescribed meds.

I was using another thyroid supplement with mixed results before changing to this product. After 5 weeks, my high TSH is in normal range on the latest lab results, and I consistently feel more energy overall. Other customers mentioned similar results. Pills are easy to swallow. Strongly recommend.

I would love to say it gave me a good everyday feel but that would not be honest. For the most part it helped a bit but with my wife’s thyroid issues which are far greater than most it didn’t fully so what she needed.

Ok so I am a long time customer of Gaia products. I have hoshimotos and I haven’t been on medication for it in two years because I am a single mother and I’m always running around to different doctors for my kids which (along with all the extreme fatigue I already feel) leaves me zero motivation to get my own self to the doctors. I was just trying to get a little energy or motivation to actually get the strength to get myself to the doctors so I can be treated by a physician. This product did not do that at all. In fact, when researching all the other products for thyroid on Amazon and elsewhere, I see this is just basically a bottle of iodine with a small amount of two other ingredients. So it should just be called “iodine” instead of claiming it’s a product to aid in the health of your thyroid. If that was true it would contain other necessary nutrients such as vitamin B, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, etc and even throw in some cayenne or black pepper or rhodiola rosea which has all shown significant proof in aiding in the health of your thyroid function and/or been shown to be absolutely medically necessary for the overall health of your thyroid to function normally. There are plenty of other highly rated products that include all and more of these ingredients that are also third party lab tested with endless long detailed positive reviews that I should have purchased instead. (That are also more affordable on top of it) This will be the first time I will be trying to return a Gaia product ever in the years I have purchased and loved their products. But in this case it just is obvious and makes sense to me. One last thing, before I came to this realization, I took this product for over a week, I think it’s been nine days to be exact, and felt zero difference in change of energy or quality of life whatsoever. Not sure that this is enough time to feel a difference but I just thought I would include that in this review in case it helps someone out there. oh, and I forgot one more thing, you take up to four a day, which to me is excessive And hard to remember for busy people multiple times a day, reaching into the bottle
