Backpack Strap Clip Mount, 360° Rotation Backpack Clamp Mount Compatible with Gopro Hero 13/12/11/10/9/8 Black, Session, DJI Osmo Action 6/5Pro/4/3 and Most Action Cameras (BC-2)

After trying countless Go Pro mounts, including head straps that either felt tenuously secured or caused headaches, pendants that were too short to fit around my neck or bounced too much when walking, chest mounts that were cumbersome to don and remove, and backpack mounts that slid down the strap and pointed slightly to the side, I settled on this one. The clamp held so tight to my backpack shoulder strap that I was never in fear it would fall off, even while walking or standing on the deck of a rocking boat, nor did it once slip down the strap. Even more to my liking, the swivel joint allowed me to precisely orient my camera, so that despite the fact that most backpack straps would make any standard Go Pro mount face slightly to the left or right (depending on which strap is used), I was able to always orient my camera directly forward. I did have to purchase a a chest strap to help keep my backpack from sliding off my sloping shoulder under the weight of the camera, but to be clear, this mount was attached to my backpack's shoulder strap, not the chest strap.

I purchased this mount to try out with a new action camera that I had purchased. My first time testing it out, I used it clipped to my PFD on a kayak trip as well as mostly clipped on to my cargo lines on my kayak. The clip worked very well as it clips on strong, and I reused it on both settings. In the image it is clipped to the kayak, and the video is also clipped onto the kayak. It’s very adjustable and can be flexed any direction that will make getting the shots a breeze. I did not get to try it much clipped to my PFD, or on a pack, but it worked well the little I did get to try it clipped to my straps. Definitely give it a try!!

Used extensively on hikes for GoPro. Secure hold, nice adjustment with ball rotation for angles etc. When in place on strap, does not move!

Surprisingly versatile - you can attach it to a lot of things, including just using it as a tripod sitting on a flat surface, which I do half the time, then the pivot lets you adjust angle. The clamp is strong. So strong in fact, that I wonder how long the plastic will last. But it doubles as a handle for hand held shoots, and as a pocket clamp when you're not shooting. I paired this with a protective case to protect the came if it ever falls...

I clipped this to the side of a canoe and it never fell off! I also wore this strapped to my backpack strap doing angels landing and it did not budge! It stays firmly at the position you leave it in as well!

Very handy and versatile way to use my Go Pro camera! I can clip it onto all sorts of things, hold it in my hand just to get a better grip on the camera, or if I need to use it more like a tripod, you can even just stand it on a table. Great little device to keep with you
