They do not explicitly say this, but they will ask for a subscription fee of ₹700+ after a year. That would have been okay if their website had worked as intended. Often lagging, with many bugs and outdated UI. Cloud service is not recommended at all. Often the site does not even load properly. After-sales support is very poor. The website shows the option to get cloud services for 180 days, but after payment, they asked me to make an additional payment of an additional 180 days (combining to 1 year) else, they won't activate my account. When asked for a refund, customer support said "Refund not possible, make payment for 1 year". The output file format is .txt which is not intuitive. It should have offered at least Excel (.xlsx) or JSON file which would have been easier to work with. Adding a face is also very difficult often failing. I would not recommend this product to any product from Team Office ever. This might be a scam with multiple reviews on Google showing similar poor after-sale support. Please don't waste you money. This review is after 2 years with this product

Great Product and Service support is excellent.

Very average product. Frequently hit with bugs. Automatically marks entire month as 'present'. Today is 7th dec, it has already marked some employees as present till 28th dec .
