Okay
The flour made a dough that was reasonably strong. It baked a decent boule of bread with a nice, open crumb. But the mix of flours didn’t help the taste at all. I was experimenting with this flour since I didn’t want to add gluten to Maida available in the market. And to that issue, this flour is definitely not the answer.

It's unbleached all purpose flour and not high protein bread flour.
It is an unbleached flour suitable for tin loafs. Not suitable for high hydration loafs
