Incredibly easy to use.
I’ve been using this for a few years now and it never ceases to amaze me how wonderful it is for going up my deck stairs, which are 26 steps. Very easy to use and will hold a lot and when you’re taking it up the stairs, it doesn’t take any stress from you to pull it up. It just goes so smoothly. It isn’t loud and obnoxious and I cannot begin to say how much of a godsend it’s been since I moved to my son‘s house and I have an upstairs apartment.

Love my trolley but wish bag was a little more durable
Pros: Durable frame and wheels, convenient, easy to use, great for people (like me) with health issues who can't carry much and can't use a backpack, no need for grocery bags, holds a lot. Cons: Can be loud when going up steps in a stairwell, confuses some grocery baggers, the drawstring area of the bag breaks down after about a year. I bought a Trolley Dolly Stair Climber, Black Grocery Foldable Cart on Amazon in September 2017. Today is February 5, 2019. My family has used the trolley at least three times a week, every week, in that time. We live near a grocery store and use it to carry groceries home and up the stairs to our second-floor apartment. It's worked wonderfully well for that purpose, and I've had many people stop and ask where I got the Trolley Dolly, as they wanted one, too. I've used the Trolley Dolly to carry large boxes of cat food and cat litter, as well as heavy loads of canned foods, bottled juices and cartons of milk, in all weather - rain, snow, summer heat, day and night. It travels well over pavement, curbs, and up stairs. I had surgery last summer and am not in good physical condition, so sometimes I use the elevator when the load is heavy, but my teenage daughters have no problem taking a full Trolley Dolly up the stairs. I am 5' 9" and the Trolley Dolly handle is high and comfortable for me. My husband is 6' 1" and he feels the handle is a bit low, but it's still comfortable for him to use, even with his back problems. The Trolley Dolly will hold several grocery bags worth of items, if packed well, though of course I don't actually use grocery bags any longer, the cashiers and baggers just put everything directly into the trolley. But I think it's worth mentioning that the trolley confuses a lot of grocery store employees. I've had baggers try to fill it and then put it into my grocery cart, and I have to explain that I have health issues and can't lift the full Trolley Dolly out of a grocery cart, so please don't put it in there. I've also had to ask could they please put the heavy things in the bottom and the light things on top, not the milk on top of the potato chips (this should be a no-brainer but...!). Of course if you're packing it yourself it's not a problem but my local stores have baggers who insist on doing it for me. I think the cashiers get timed or something, so they want to rush you out asap. While shopping, I slide the top of the Trolley Dolly in between the handle you'd hold to push the grocery cart and the seat where you'd put a small child. Then I rest the wheels of the Trolley Dolly on the underneath shelf of the grocery cart (that area below the main basket, where you'd put the big bag of dog food or giant pack of TP, right?). The Trolley Dolly fits there perfectly, without taking up any grocery cart space at all, so it's not in my way while shopping. I suppose you could even fold it up and lay it in that underneath area, but I'm not able to bend down and put it there or pull it back out, so I don't do that. All of the photos were taken today, so this is the condition of my Trolley Dolly after about 70 weeks / 16 months of regular use. The frame, handle and wheels are all still in great shape, and the exterior of the bag looks good. It's the interior of the bag, particularly around the drawstring, where it breaks down. I couldn't find any on Amazon, but there are replacement bags available on the company's website.

Back-saver!!
This is a wonderful tool. Crazy amazing how it goes up stairs. Daughter lives in 3rd floor apt and it is perfect for hauling up groceries and cases of water. Works fine on exterior, open concrete stairs. Limitation is size of platform-won’t work for oversized boxes, etc.—however for everyday trips upstairs, it is great. Easy to assemble. Would be 5-star if wheels folded in for ease of storage in back of car, however that is minor compared to the benefits of not hand-carrying groceries and supplies up 3 flights!

worth it's weight in gold
I bought this product last year in September, because we were moving in Oct and I needed a new shopping cart, because the old one was finished, and it was not really all that it should have been. So when my "trolley dolly" arrived I didn't know what to expect, because of the one prior, I didn't expect but so much. Boy was I in for a surprise, this care did everything they said it would do and a whole lot more!!! It was wonderful, and that step climber, is the greatest life saver it allows me to pull it up steps (no matter how many) with the greatest of ease, and it can be loaded with groceries or laundry or whatever. I absolutely love it. And all my new neighbors want to know where did I get it and are opting to get one asap. The one problem is that after 1 1/2 yrs. I am probably going to have to replace it, the canvas is ripping on the side and the strap that holds the bag onto the frame is also starting to rip. I'm not complaining a year and 1/2 I guess I got my money's worth. But I will need to look for a stronger canvas bag & straps.

Works okay.
Good for taking some groceries from vehicle to upstairs. Bag flops around in use; additional fasteners on lower sides would have been helpful. Top flap doesn't secure well.

Works great - better than expected
At first this had a strong smell, but I left it in the basement for a week and the smell went away. Works really great! Can pack a lot of items (e.g., groceries, computer, purse, bottled water jugs, etc) into the cart and then pull it up the stairwell with more ease than I thought. The cart material is very sturdy. The wheel system works well with the carpeted steps, which are in different shapes and sizes due to the "U" shape stairwell. I use it mostly for transporting items up the steps vs down. Is harder for me physically to use for going down the steps if it has heavy items. The padded handle is a very nice touch. It has several nice features. It also rolls easily across the floor and stands easily full or empty. It has never tipped over or leaned in any direction. On its own, it is surprisingly light weight. It handles easily. I use it inside of the house only, so I cannot speak to outside use. I would recommend this product to someone who is mobile and has the strength to pull the cart up the steps when it is full. The wheel design keeps it from pulling away from you as you are going up the steps so that is not a problem, but it does take some effort to pull the cart up from step to step. If there was ONE improvement I would recommend, that would be for the handles to be longer. The handles are almost too short, requiring more bending forward when pulling it up the steps. If the handles were adjustable to allow a couple more length, it would provide greater ease of use.

Es practico para las compras del super, ahora en cuarentena sirve mucho mejor que las bolsas comunes, las llantas funcionan de maravilla en las escaleras, un poco ruidoso, pero el esfuerzo que te ahorras vale la pena.

It is very easy to haul this cart up a flight of stairs, since my apartment building doesn’t have an elevator... I was a bit puzzled about the higher price on the black and tile models... doesn’t make sense to me...
