Absolute essential - very good product
This is food for your brain. Everyone with cognitive disorders not just brain fog, should take this. It is the one sugar that does not need insulin to get into the cells. It is needed for the myelin sheath around your nerves. Bought this for my husband who has problems with his vagus nerve and now after only taking it for three days his health improved dramatically. He takes two tsp. one in the morning and one midday.
