Excellent and stylish to look at.

I bought this along with the mini kettle. Not only do they look fantastic they perform beyond expectations. I have faith that these will last 10 years the same as my old dualit kettle and toaster. If your thinking of purchasing you won’t be disappointed

Stylish and sleek a toaster that's ok to be left out

I love SMEG toasters.My last one lasted 8 1/2 years. The delivery from this company was very speedy.I hope this one has a good long life too.Just s shame the sandwich toaster was included in the price of the old one now it comes as an optional extra.

Not excellent, but very good. The heating elements glow red from edge to edge so the bread is evenly toasted from edge to edge. My previous toaster left the edges "whitely toasted". There is a dial 1-6 but it goes in 1/2 notches so there are actually 12 steps. The dial is why I knocked a point off. Mine seems a little lose for my liking. There's about 2mm wiggle room in/out and left/right. Works just fine but for £140 I expect better. The rest of it is pretty good quality. I doubt I'll adjust the dial much anyways. This toaster certainly has presence - much larger than my previous pink Kenwood which had an electrical fire. Because the outside case is much further away from the heating elements it remains cool. Perhaps its size is purely because of this design consideration. The crumb tray has a nice "push in to pop out" feature. I dont need much from a toaster other than it has to look nice and it has to work. This ticks both those boxes very well. It is pricey but after going through several failed £30/£40/£50 toasters over the last 5 years I thought "I'm worth it". So I didn't think twice about replacing my burned out Kenwood with this eye catching pink SMEG. I've only had 4 pieces of toast so far but they've all been toasted as if done under a much larger grill. Visually pleasing and yummy. To have perfect crunch around the edges instead of that half-baked effort of lesser toasters is a real treat. It comes very well packaged. It would require an elephant to cause in-transit damage. I went for pink. It's a nice bold glossy pink. If you want wishy-washy pale pink then it's not for you. It closely matches my pink Hailo pedal bin I bought years ago. Not cheap but it comes with a 2 year warrantee, looks the business and can actually do toast as nature intended. I've been looking at SMEG for a long time but never took the plunge. I'm glad I did. When I walk into the kitchen the pink SMEG in the corner certainly grabs the attention. It's easy to see why people rate SMEG so highly. When I received mine it put a big smile on my face. After hankering for so long I wished I'd had it sooner, but it took a time to be swayed. Delivery was really fast too.

La spina è con attacco inglese e ho dovuto cambiarla con un’altra con attacco italiano. Non mi sembra un disguido di poco conto considerato il prezzo molto al di sopra della media

رائع وحجمه كبير ولكن المشكله لدي في متفذ الفيش ليس ثلاثي

Il prodotto l’ho restituito perché non mi ero accorto della sigla UK (la spina della corrente era modello USA). Tuttavia ne ho preso un altro è siamo soddisfatti… certo il prezzo non è economico, paghi la marca!
