I have grown my hair long for the very first time in my life. It has grown out so fast! I give the credit to Biotin. I started out taking a much higher dose, but then read high doses could have side effects. So for months I have taken this one. My hair is so full and has so much body! I never dreamed it could look like this. When I was spending small fortunes in ever increasingly expensive salons, my hair never looked nice for long. SInce I went on Biotin and gave up salons, I don’t even style it and it looks better than ever. Every 2-3 months I go to Super Cuts and get the length trimmed. My hair is bouncy, wavy, and very healthy. (And I even have fingernails.)

My hair seemed to be thinning due to medication I was taking. Asked my dermatologist for suggestions - 300 mcg of Biotin a day. Walgreens and CVS only sold 5000 or 10000 mcg (more is not better). Found Solgar Biotin 300 mcg at Amazon - it certainly works for me!

Shows 2 bottles in the advertisement at a price for about 2 bottles but only got 1 bottle. The seller is misleading the public by showing a picture of 2 bottles. If this was for one bottle the photo should have shown one bottle AND this bottle is way overpriced for just one bottle.
