Super buena opción para hacer auto masajes, el material es de muy buena calidad. Es grande, no es muy portable para llevar a todos lados, pero cumple muy bien la función de relajar cualquier tensión muscular.

My physical therapist recommended this theracane for me to use to alleviate neck and back pain. I tried hers, and I ordered it right away. It assists in reaching difficult spots on back/neck etc., and you can apply the pressure you like. Easy to handle, gives relief, durable and well made, good value; I highly recommend. It even comes with directions how to use it for pain relief.

The product is imported from US upon order, so delivery takes a bit of time. After using it for a week, I found complete relief in shoulder (scapular) joint muscle knots. The product is most useful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs relief from long standing myofascial knot issues.
