Ride The Lightning Remastered

Got the wrong vinyl… but Master Of Puppets was a good upgrade lol. Not sure anyone else will have this issue but I thought it was funny.

Sound quality was great. No issues playing the record. Metallica has been such a big musical inspiration since I started listening to them back in the 80's.

A absolute must have album if you’re a metallica fan mine hangs on the wall in my studio and looks great!

Ride the Lightning (Remastered) is an absolute classic and easily one of the best metal albums ever made. From start to finish, the songwriting, riffs, and energy are on another level. The remastered vinyl pressing sounds excellent — clear, powerful, and well-balanced, with strong low end and crisp guitars. Tracks like Fade to Black, For Whom the Bell Tolls, and Creeping Death hit especially hard on vinyl. If you’re a metal fan or building a vinyl collection, this is a must-own record. Timeless album and a great pressing.

IDK why some people are leaving bad reviews about the quality of this pressing. I listened to the album at pretty high volume and the only noise I could hear was the drive motor on my turntable. Boo hoo. As far as the remastering is concerned, it sounds just fine to me. I don't have a original first pressing in mint condition that has never even been looked at by human eyes, so I don't have a proper baseline to compare it to. Maybe if I can get my hands on the original master tapes of all tracks, I can do a proper review but I doubt just some guy who enjoys music can get that kind of red carpet treatment. Maybe I'll call up Lars Ulrich tonight and ask him why he would dare call himself a musician if he can't please 100% of music snobs. Anyway, the album is high enough quality to warrant a purchase if you don't already have one.
