Military/Security Style Pullover

Good fit. Pleased with jumper

Great quality and perfect sizing. Warm and cosy without heaviness. Dad has a couple of old ones that wash and wear forever. Hopefully this one looks like it will be the same.

Its quite nice, but being ex RAF I ordered a grey one. The one that came is black, so not too happy.

I ordered this, because the days are getting colder now, and I wanted something I could wear when it was cold enough to need an extra layer, but not a jacket. I bought this because it looked like a NATO jumper - one of the best bits of kits I was ever issued. This is an acrylic version. so not itchy, and the ribbing is a bit less pronounced. It IS very comfy, and looks like it will do exactly what I wanted it to do - be that top layer on cool dry days, or a mid layer under a body warmer (dry) or waterproof jacket (wet). A few notes on sizing: I'm a 46" chest, and XXL fits perfectly. I've also read reviews of similar looking products that the arms are too long - well, not on this one. There are no turn ups at the cuff like I used to have on my issue jumper, and the cuffs sit perfectly at the wrist. I'd be more than happy to buy another one of these, when the time comes. Actually, I may stockpile a few - they never go out of fashion with old fogies like me. 2023 update - this pullover has had a lot of wear, is still going strong and I like it so much, I’ve just bought another one in Navy Blue.

I used to live near Faslane, the naval base, and a large proportion of the community wore these jerseys. I had my last one for 20+ years and it finally wore through from prolonged use. Pleased to have a replacement. The colour goes with about any undershirt.
