Good book for 10 year olds to read themselves or have read to them

I bought this book to use with my class. They really loved the story and the pictures. I used it for them to write their own story based on this book.

This is such a lovely book, the story pictures and price so pleasing bought as a gift for a child but I want one for my own book shelf.....
