Good vitamins, bad packaging
I've been using these vitamins for a couple months now and they are pretty good. I usually pick them up at Whole Foods but this time I ordered them online because I ran out. It's unfortunate that they were not packaged well and the driver didn't take care when delivering them as they were thrown on the lobby floor. The bottle inside was completely shattered and in a millions shards, but Amazon will not return or replace it.

Can take on an empty stomach!
My primary care doctor suggested this vitamin because you could take it on an empty stomach and it had better absorption than other brands of vitamina
