My Knees
Use the ThermaCare patches for various body parts, use these for my knees. Nice heat patch, so soothing for tired, achey knees. I just wish they had a little bit more adhesive, I lose mine after a few hours, or when I sweat heavily. Still can't them.

Happy to find this product online since the stores don’t seem to carry it any longer. The price was competitive and I received it quickly! These heat wraps really work great for arthritic joints.

I love the Thermacare Joint Heatwraps because they are so versatile. Not only do I use them for arm, shoulder, neck, and leg pain but I also adhere one over my bronchial tube to ease tightness in breathing caused by asthma. And they help for 8 hours under my clothes!

Great for shoulder pain
I have a frozen shoulder due to a brain injury from eclampsia during labor and I've been using these at night to help loosen up my shoulder, they're easy to apply and last all night
