Love love LOVE this faucet! I did some seriously and ridiculously extensive research on faucets and always kept coming back to the Kraus brand. All local Home Depot and Lowe’s stores were out of stock with inventory and no replenishments in excess of a week. Found this one on Amazon and it was here in less than a day and at a price better than at one of our big box stores. It is stunning and extremely functional. The plumber said that this brand has been excellent for all his customers and that made me feel very good with my decision. Water pressure is awesome and just looks amazing. Can’t wait for the back splash to enjoy it all together.

Installed and performs, better than expected. Our Reverse Osmosis system was connected and using the faucet button for that Alkaline water works flawlessly. Adjusting faucet position is smooth and using flexible hose is easy to use and position as needed. Ordered this while installing a soft water filter system and reverse osmosis system that provides us the alkaline water. This should also help this faucet last for years. Plumber told me this was their recommendation, and sale price made it a great deal.

I searched for a faucet that had this look but ALSO a pull down function. It was installed I the laundry room and faucet looks and works great. I got the spit free gold finish and it is indeed spot free. The gold is a little softer color than true brushed brass but that is the look I wanted plus the spot free aspect was a great bonus. The clip in part is sturdy. The hose pulls down to the bottom of the deep utility sink. I like the pause function on the spray head. But I wish it was more like an off button. The pause stops flow only when held down. Not a biggie but I though it was a true pause button. All in all, I am super happy with the purchase. Faucet is high quality and worth the price. Only wish would be a touch option to turn on and off.

I really like Kraus products, and this faucet is no exception. It works well and looks great. However, the filter faucet line sticks straight out from the faucet on the pull line. So when you use the faucet’s pull down feature the filter line will hit some anything in its way under the sink. I’ve had the filtered water leak more than once until I put in a 90 degree elbow for the filtered water line and fastened it as shown in my picture. Angling the filtered water line up gets the line out of the way of everything else and I hope Krause includes these parts in the future. I got the 90 degree elbow at Lowe’s. The part is called a 1/4 inch OD push-to-connect 90-degree elbow by SharkBite. Cut a short length of the filter line for the connection into the faucet and hold back the filter line with something like a zip-tie.

Had a silver one of an older model of this one and upgraded to this one in champagne bronze and let me tell you it is GORGEOUS!!!! And love the upgraded features!! So worth the price!!! My other one was totally fine(my parents ended up taking it to put in their kitchen) but I’m so glad I ended up purchasing the new one and I’m champagne gold! So pretty and not yellow like all of the other companies golds!

We purchased this faucet less than two years ago, and it has already completely failed. The water now sprays everywhere uncontrollably, and the main nozzle, where the water is supposed to come out, no longer stays attached and falls off with the slightest touch. This is not only frustrating but also creates a mess and poses a safety risk. We expected far better durability and quality for the price. A kitchen faucet should not break down this quickly under normal use. Very disappointed in this product and the brand behind it. I do not recommend this faucet to anyone. I am requesting a full refund or replacement from the seller/manufacturer and hope they will stand behind their product.

Purchased and installed the faucet in 2021. Loved it! Then after about a year it started to "malfunction"in various ways with flow issues. I called customer service and was told that the faucet was still under warranty and a replacement head would be sent out asap but that they were currently back ordered. I was supposed to receive a replacement a month ago. Attempted calling Kraus today and you can now only leave a message or email them. I thought Kraus was a respected company. Apparently not. Will never purchase another product from them again. Faucet and customer service are subpar. Update on 1-4-24 Received a replacement part and my faucet is again working great. Customer service did a 180 and became very responsive. LOVE this faucet. Would rate everything 5+ stars except for my initial bad experience with customer service.
