I really like how small, cute and convenient the product is! Only downfall is the length of the headset but it's meant for the Bluetooth device so it makes sense.

I bought this mainly to try it out - I'm a gadget geek! The item arrived two days earlier than the time given, which was great as I was able to test it over the weekend. It paired with my phone effortlessly. The headphones supplied, which plug into the 3.5mm jack, are good for phone calls, but not for music, so I've used my own headphones to listen to music. An unexpected use for this can be to make an old portable speaker (like my Bose SoundDock) Bluetooth capable! An excellent solution for a problem a few of my friends have expressed. I've always been a fan of SONY design, so the USB-C charging port and dedicated ON/OFF switch are an added bonus for me.

bought this to use for Teams calls. but noticed this is getting disconnected from the call after around 10 minutes. then i have to switch off and on to get it reconnected. so stopped using this as a regular device. Microphone quality, some listeners complained about weak sound at the other end. Sound quality and volume is good for myself. usb C charging is a plus

This is a tiny, basic but decent bluetooth receiver for listening to audio and taking/making calls. The supplied earphones are very good, I bought the product just to try the earphones as its one of the few legit ways to acquire a pair. Some complaints in user reviews are about how it didn't sound good or loud enough with their headphones, this product is designed for the type of earphones that it is supplied with, if you use a headphone that has a higher power requirement like an audiophile type headphone, of course it isn't going to get very loud, the user bought a tiny, low cost BT receiver for a headphone that needs an amplifier or a higher output BT DAC/amp like a BTR5. I'm assuming that this device uses SBC bluetooth, its appropriate for a device at this price and sounds good, I have devices with higher speed codecs like LDAC and LHDC, they sound better but they should at over five times the price. I've tried this receiver with multiple IEMs with pretty standard sensitivity and impedance like Sony's xba-n3 and Sennheiser's ie300, it gets them plenty loud at below max volume and sounds good. It also powered a Sennheiser hd25 to high volume but, a headphone like this will drain the battery fast, its not what the sbh24 is for. The included earhones have a warmish neutral bassy sound and are a fun listen. I keep this product in a bag as a back up in case I forget my IFI Go Blu or forget to charge it. When I use it I really enjoy it, I'm not yearning to use my other device. I recommend this product over any budget wireless buds, its so simple that there is very little to go wrong with it and you can use any earphones you like. Its really great value for money.

Dispositivo eccellente. Qualità audio elevata e buon isolamento acustico. La batteria permette di ascoltare musica in uso quasi continuo per tutto il giorno. Se lo si usa solo per telefonare può durare dei giorni. Il microfono è molto sensibile è può essere usato anche in moto. L'unico difetto forse è la durata degli auricolari, che col tempo tendono a perdere potenza. Non un grosso problema comunque perché possono essere sostituiti con altri grazie al collegamento con jack standard da 3,5. La ricarica completa avviene in circa un'ora, forse meno. Li uso da anni e non ho trovato niente di meglio per l'uso che ne faccio, ossia attività fisica e uso in auto e moto. Ottimo prodotto veramente

Sony SBH24 is a very useful headset coming in the age of TWS headphones. I bought this and was pleasantly surprised with the functionality. I also have another TWS headset and I enjoy using them. This headset serves a different purpose. Pros: You can change to whichever earphone/headphone you want to use. (A big flexibility) depending on which media you are consuming. GIves an iPod shuffle style type retro feel (it has a unique appeal for those who grew up in iPod craze days). Slide switch for On/Off - a big advantage, compared to long-press button. You can see if the headset is on or off. You can remove the earphone and leave them dangling around the neck. You can put it back in the ear whenever you want. No need of shoving it in the charging case. Also, you will not lose the earphones. You can use the headset while it is charging (Very important if you are on an important call) USB-C port for charging. (One type of charging cable) Supports multi-point connection (Simultaneously connects to 2 devices). Bluetooth 5.0 (good connectivity and battery life) Cons: Included in-ear phones are quite average in sound quality. Sound quality can be improved by plugging a good wired earphone. You don't get the convenience of a charging case which has now become mainstream with TWS earbuds. You don't get advanced features like ANC, wireless charging or auto-pause media when you remove the earphone from the ear. All in all, for the price, this product performs so well. Barring those advanced features, whatever features it has, it performs very well. If you already have a pair of wired earphones of good quality, just plug it in and you will get great sound quality. This type of form-factor in Bluetooth earphones is going to get fully outdated soon and TWS is going to replace it. So I felt it is good to have a piece for myself for collection. Reminds me of iPod days.

Eigentlich habe ich mir den SBH24 gekauft um moglichst günstog meinen Kopfhörer mittels dieses kleinen Empfänger, welcher auch ein Mikrofon hat, zum Headset aufrüsten zu können. Damit wollte ich an Videokonferenzen teilnehmen. Ich bin aber nach meinem ersten Audiotest von Klang begeistert! Ich hatte schon einige inears wie z.b. von Senheiser (schon etwas her, auch gut), aber die sind vor allem angesichts des Preises schon - für mein sound empfindem - Klasse! Bässe als säße man neben einem Subwoofer, tolle Höhen und schön differenziert getrennte Kanäle(links/recht) somit tolles Stereo Erlebnis fast schon ein Gefühl von surround Sound. Da können die meine teuren Jabra Elite Sport weder bei der Verbindungsqualität noch beim Sound mithalten. Und die Dinger kosten 150 €. Zum Sport machen und Puls nehmen sind sie gut und vor allem gibt es keine Nebengeräusche durch das auf und ab hüpfend Kabel. Auch das kleine Etui zum aufladen unterwegs ist praktisch. Ich höre grade per Sony Xperia XZ2 compact nen Münchner Internet Stream (E... Fash) und finde es toll. Ich dachte es liegt an der SONY Kombination, aber nö, auch mit meinem alten ASUS TAB mit Android 4.4 Cyanogen mod gleiches Erlebnis! :-)
