Ha llegado de forma correcta el pedido. Ha sido un poco complicado el inflado de la pelota, pero tras probar un poco ha sido satisfactorio. Gracias.

I wanted a ball that was big enough to allow me to sit at my desk on it as an alternative to my normal office chair. This fitted the bill perfectly and I use it for half hour periods. The idea is to strengthen the core and back muscles, take the strain off the lower back and generally allow for more movement. It did take a bit of effort to blow it up but it's been perfect. Communication from the seller and delivery were efficient and speedy.
