I have large pores, blackheads and whiteheads. I use this once a day in the evening and noticed after a week that my pores looks smaller, blackheads and whiteheads are already less. I tried using this alone, it was ok, however for better results, u have to have a good cleanser (double cleanse: oil based and water based), and other products with collagen, niacinamide, retinol, salicylic acid.. Only down side for me is the sticky feeling..

I have to say that this product deserves a solid 5 stars for its quality and performance. However, I am extremely frustrated with the shipping process. The delivery has been delayed multiple times, and I’ve already paid for the item. It's such a shame to see a great product hindered by poor shipping. I’m left wondering whether the issue lies with the seller or Amazon, but either way, it’s disappointing. I really hope they can resolve these shipping problems in the future.
