Maxpedition Gear Cocoon Pouch

As expected from Maxpedition, tought nylon material that can withstand abrasion. A little small in size, good for daily EDC items.

Appears small but holds a lot of equipment for its size. Top quality too.

I knew what I was getting and wasn't disappointed. I attached it to the back side of my Ontario SK-5 Blackbird sheath which is molle compatible. Packed it w about 25ft paracord, about 10ft duct tape (rolled & flattened), a UST BlastMatch, 12 3" black zip ties, a 6" Craftsman crowbar, a 3" Craftsman multi-tool (w snips) and 3 DMT 3" diamond whetstone (coarse/fine/extra fine) wrapped w 1.5" bike tubing and 2 magnets (0.5" x 2" x1").

Exactly what i wanted to attach to the should straps of my small daily use backpack (bought two) for snacks, pens/markers, tissues, and whatever I want available quickly and easily.

Perfect for what I needed. This pouch sits in the center console of my car, and it holds three pens, a mechanical pencil, lip balm, a Bic lighter, and a few other odds and ends. I know exactly what to reach for instead of having to dig around at the bottom of the console. Price was right, and of course since it is Maxpedition I know it is going to last forever and a day.

Item is well made like all Maxpedition products. This can make a good pencil case, office pouch, or multipurpose pouch. I use it as a coin pouch. Zippers are easy to use. Good design and can be mounted. Good value.
