I like it!
UPDATE: 15 days of using this just to get my blood pumping because I do so much work on the computer, and I am pleasantly surprised to find that I have lost a little over 2 pounds! I usually use it for 10 minutes at a time, at least 3 times per day (just before mealtime, usually). I've also notice that my cardio fitness has improved. I don't wear myself out on the trampoline - I just put some Motown music on and bounce to the beat - it doesn't seem like much effort, but apparently, it's enough for overall health improvements in a very short time. ORIGINAL REVIEW: By the time I was done reading all of the warnings, etc, I must confess, I was scared of severe injury or death and started having doubts about whether I even wanted to try it! I got it so that I could get some low-impact cardio as a way to break up the vast amount of time that I must spend on the computer (my job - but I mostly work from home). Going to the gym is great, but it's a minimum of 2 hours out of my day which is not always reasonable. Going for a walk is also great, but not always feasible (weather, etc). I looked into under-desk cyclers, etc, but I knew my knees would bang the underside of the desk (and it probably wouldn't add much cardio), so I decided to try the trampoline - it was very reasonably priced, and the reviews seemed good. Of course, it arrived on a day that I was home by myself, so I read all of the instructions where it says you must use 2 STRONG people to unfold it. I don't consider myself to be STRONG (they put the word STRONG in all caps - and I definitely don't consider myself STRONG in the all caps sense). In fact, they say you risk death if you try to unfold it by yourself as it could spring back and kill you - so you're supposed to get 2 STRONG people and hope that they trust each other enough that neither lets go while folding it back. I thought at first they might be over-exaggerating about how strong the tension was in the spring, but they weren't kidding - no way was I going to unfold this by myself without risking death...unless, as many of us weaklings discovered long ago, we use something as leverage. I took it outside and placed half of the trampoline under my porch railing - I fully trusted that my porch railing would not give way, and then pushed down on the other half of the trampoline railings until it popped open. It didn't appear completely locked in place, so I gingerly removed it, turned it right side up and pushed down on the rails until it was flat on the ground all the way around. I added the legs and then had fun figuring out how to get the protective coverring on it - the trick to getting that on by yourself is to hook one hole (there are 6 holes in the cover) over one of the leg threads, then screw on the leg to hold it in place. Pull it all the way across to the other side and do the same with that side. Then just work your way around.for each leg - it's actually pretty easy to do by yourself if you do it that way. So, within minutes I had it put together and jumping away! It seems quite sturdy and well-made, I think I will enjoy being able to get in some quick exercises while I'm working :) Oh, and there's no way I'm undoing it - it will stay open forever as far as I'm concerned...it's low enough to fit under a bed if you need to get it out of the way.

cheap trampoline, expensive personality upgrade
bought this trampoline thinking it would be a casual little bounce situation. what i didn’t expect was a full lifestyle intervention. my dog is OBSESSED. he lounges on it like it’s a cooling throne because the airflow underneath turns it into a luxury ventilation system. apparently it’s now his preferred summer hangout. fine. i live here too but whatever. for me? instant mood boost. i bounce for a few minutes and suddenly i’m happier, calmer, and convinced my lymphatic system is being personally thanked. is it placebo? maybe. do i care? absolutely not. i feel lighter, less puffy, and somehow morally superior after bouncing. also great for weight loss because it feels way easier than doing something “serious.” tricked my brain. love that. my only concern is that the price is suspiciously low, so every bounce comes with a tiny prayer that it doesn’t snap and send me through the ceiling or into a lawsuit with myself. so far so good. highly recommend if you want joy, airflow, lymphatic drainage, and a dog who thinks you bought furniture specifically for him. 10/10 bouncing until further notice.

Great quality
I love this trampoline! I have been using mine about 3-4 times a week for just over a month. I have never jumped before but thought it might be fun to jump. I do have a past injury to my knee (torn meniscus) so I've always been hesitant to do too much high impact activity. I have found jumping to be easy and I haven't had one problem with my knee yet. Pros - Easy set up. I know a lot of people say you need two people. Using my body weight I was able to unfold it on my own- and I definitely don't have much muscle. - The bounce is good- It's not too stiff, and not too flexible. - It has strong bands instead of springs - I feel my posture has gotten much better since I began jumping. - I feel jumping for 30 mins beats the elliptical any day! It feels easier, more fun, and I feel like I get a better workout. Cons - The silver cover is very hard to stretch onto the trampoline. You definitely will need two people to make it stretch. - The legs screw on and off- I wish they folded so I could store it under a bed or in the back of a closet. - Folding the tramp after every use is not reasonable because it's very difficult. - Size- If I had to purchase again, I would definitely buy a larger size. This one is great, but I'd like to step it up with more side to side motions. - It doesn't come with 80s hair, leg warmers, or a scrunchie which I think would be valuable. ;-) Overall, for the price I would definitely purchase this one again. It's holding up well and it feels good to jump on.

I love Richard!!!!!
The day Richard the trampoline arrived at my doorstep was nothing short of destiny knocking. My legs suddenly learned how to fly and my feet discovered what true freedom feels like. Each jump is a rebellion against gravity, which makes me feel unstoppable, like I’m defying gravity #elphabaisthecoolest. I come home every day eager to reunite with Richard who never fails to lift me up (hahahaha). Nothing could ever replace him. If my new joy in life had a sound I think it would be the rhythm of bouncing, and it’s at a price that is MYSTICAL🎵 MAGICAL🎵 # There's nothing colder than your shoulder When you're dragging me along Like you do, like you do And then you switch up with no warning And you kiss me like you want it How rude, how rude But I kinda like it anyways I don't mind if this is gonna take a million days I know you'll come around to me eventually If you sit back, relax, enjoy my company My company Once you know what my love's gonna feel like Nothing else will feel right You can feel like Moonbeam ice cream Taking off your blue jeans Dancing at the movies 'Cause it feels so mystical, magical, oh, baby 'Cause once you know, once you know My love is so mystical, magical, oh, baby 'Cause once you know, once you know My little hard-to-get baby I want to give you the world (ooh) Not saying you gotta chase me But I wouldn't mind it If you gave me just a little bit of Something we can work it with But all you do is push me out But I like it anyways 'Cause I think I'm getting closer to you every day I know you'll come around to me eventually Just sit back, relax, enjoy my company Oh, baby, trust me Once you know what my love's gonna feel like Nothing else will feel right You can feel like Moonbeam ice cream Taking off your blue jeans Dancing at the movies 'Cause it feels so mystical, magical, oh, baby 'Cause once you know, once you know My love is so mystical, magical, oh, baby 'Cause once you know, once you know (ooh) Once you know what my love's gonna feel like (ooh, ooh) Moonbeam ice cream, nothing else will feel right (ooh) Mystical, magical, oh, baby It's mystical, magical. Interesting design - no springs! And it works!
After my old unit broke, I ordered this as a replacement. It has no springs, so my many-years of saving springs when a unit was replaced will not be used. This unit uses an elastic fabric material as connection to the frame. So far, it seems to hold up well, and frankly replacing the little coil springs on the prior units is a difficult exercise - I won't miss it. I weigh 230 pounds so this unit supports my weight well. Assembly was interesting - the instructions are complete and it all "works", but opening the unit takes a bit of "oomph", and you have to be careful that you don't lose control of it when partially open. Make sure whoever assists you has good arm strength if you do not - it can "bite" if you let go at the wrong time. Once assembled, the unit is very stable. I wouldn't ever try to fold it for storage, although I suppose that's possible, but it's too hard to get open and locked without help from someone else. The folding nature of the frame allowed the unit to be shipped in a very compact box, compared to the older fixed-frame units. All in all, after months of nearly daily use, it has held up well and at this price-point it is a real bargain, not to mention the folding nature makes it shippable when new, unlike the fixed-frame units that require a bit of jockeying to get into a car for transport from the store. Time will tell if the short elastic fabric attachments hold up, but it appears to be well constructed and I expect a long life.

A good quality mini trampoline at a good price - fun for kids and adults!
We bought this rebounder as a mini trampoline for our 3 year old daughter to use inside the house as a replacement for the air mattress that she was previously using as a trampoline. We received it a day and a half ago and it has been the center of attention since. At first she was a little less than impressed because she did not get much bounce on it but over the past day and a half she has become increasingly more attached to it. She likes to use it to do a quick bounce here and there rather than constantly jumping on it for a long time though, she does bounce on it for a couple minutes at a time when she is really enjoying it. I think it helped that I have been jumping on it a bit to try and loosen up the bands for her. When I was looking into mini trampolines I was having a hard time understanding what each one had to offer so I will try to clarify some things I came across in questions and reviews. First, Yes, a child can use it. Our 3 year old has no problem jumping on it all by herself without a bar to hold on to. She does like to hold on to my hands or my husbands sometimes to get some really high, more uncontrolled bounces in but, overall, she does just fine on her own. Also, this is quite stable. I was concerned about stability given it is foldable and, due to it only having 4 legs in the photo. The way it folds is opposite to the direction you jump so, it is unlikely that it will ever cause a problem because it would have to fold "up" on them. Also, it took a significant amount of strength to unfold it and snap it into place. I don't think that even my weight could fold it back up again, even if it folded the same direction I would jump on it. lastly, about those 4 legs....there are actually 6! The photo is incorrect and for whatever reason, the question on here that asks about the number of legs has mixed answers between 4 and 6. There are absolutely 6 legs on this. I am pleased as it makes it very stable. She has stepped with all her weight, on the very edge of the bar, between two legs and it didn't tip over...though I definitely am not a fan of her doing that and we have talked about not doing it since. :) Answers to some other questions - I am a 34 year old, average strength person and I was pretty much able to open this on my own. I say pretty much only because my husband was there, holding the unfolding edge to "spot" me. I would have done it on my own had he not been there but, as other have said, it is SCARY to unfold. I stepped on the one side of it and used both of my hands to push with my whole body to open it up and it gets really, really, tight toward the end...and very loud...very scary. Once it was unfolded it did not seem like it would fold itself up again though I was very cautious for a bit, not allowing our daughter near it while we put on the safety pad. Now, putting on the safety pad over the bar/bands would be really difficult to do with one person...perhaps even impossible. It is very hard to have it stay in place while stretching it with all my strength to get it to take the next curve. We figured out that there are leg holes in it, so be sure to start it on the right side, with a leg hole already around a spot where the leg will screw in. This makes it stay in that spot and allows you to pull it more without it just sliding along the bar. One thing I want to say, which others have mentioned, is that the instructions were confusing. The instructions mention the secure pins with wire ring needing to be in the bar and secured properly but it seems unclear what that means because they come on the rebounder exactly the way they show in the photo (okay, so you are just checking that nothing came loose in transport as they are for safety...) and you unfold it after it mentions the secure pins and it doesn't mention them again. So, by my understanding, the secure pins just stay exactly as they are and you do nothing to them even after you have just used incredible force to unfold this thing. They don't move, you don't do anything to the pins nor the wire ring. I do not see how they could possibly be useful but, I am not in the trampoline safety business so, I just left them. I felt secure in the other points I mentioned previously to be able to let this go. :) After getting the safety pad on it was very easy to screw in all 6(!!!) legs and flip it over to begin jumping. We have not attached the resistance tubes or the meter so I am unable to comment on their ease of assembly or use. Though, it seems easy to assemble them according to the manual. If it wasn't clear, this rebounder uses large elastic bands instead of metal springs in its design. They seem to be a bit more stiff than metal springs but I wanted the bands for safety and noise control. They do both of these things well - I do not see anyone getting injured by the elastic bands as they are just big stretch fabric, and even when an adult is jumping, there is very little noise. Id say, about the same amount of noise as a person jumping on a carpeted floor....maybe even slightly less noise than that. And, regarding the stiffness of the bands, I believe these will become more stretchy over time as it already seems to be more bouncy than when we first started bouncing on it, and we have only had it for a day and a half. Overall, we, as a family, are very pleased with this product. It is a good quality product at a good price. Although the assembly is a bit scary at times and requires a lot of strength/coordination (safety pad), it really isn't too bad. I do not think anyone should turn away from this for fear of assembly. It is definitely do-able, just serious business. :) I recommend it!

Decent $50 trampoline
Rating it 5 because it is exactly what I expected. For reference: I weigh under 150, bought this in May 2024, used it for multiple hours on a near-daily basis, and it finally broke in September 2025 (two of the connectors have broken off, so I stopped using it for safety reasons. Was not harmed when it broke). For what is essentially a piece of workout equipment prone to extreme wear-and-tear, this fit what I needed at the price point. I recommend it for people looking for a little personal-pan trampoline that’s cheaper than a yearly gym membership. Easy to assemble, fits comfortably in a 4x4 space and isn’t too high off the ground. Plus it’s fun. Who doesn’t wanna pretend to be a little kid jumping on the bed again?

OK, but not what I was hoping for
This little trampoline does what it's supposed to do, I guess. There really isn't much "give" to it. I watched some videos about other trampolines that really have a deep bounce to them. Seems to me that this one is like bouncing on a firm mattress. After I got it, I read in depth about mini rebounders in more detail, and was surprised to find they're supposed to be more for lymphatic health (really) than conventional exercise, but most videos touted exercise benefits. I used some exercise videos, and this does get your heart rate up, depending upon how much effort you put into it. I got it because I have knee (injury) and heel (plantar fasciits) issues, and was hoping it was no or very low impact. Maybe the bouncier ones are, but this one really wasn't. I found, though, that if bounced on it without actually leaving the surface, I was OK, and if I "ran in place" without leaving the surface it was pretty good exercise. My feet did start hurting after a short while. I watched some videos and read some articles about how to obviate foot pain, and tried to follow those directions explicitly, but it didn't work for me... maybe this is just a "me" thing and not a trampoline thing. I also read that stiffer rebounders were better for you than the softer, deeper ones. I also saw some "comparison videos," where people demonstrated this and other low-expense rebounders and compared them with the way more expensive ones (like the Bellicons), and this one always ranked on the low end of the scale by experienced rebounders, even in blinded tests. I have found that for me it's more useful for balance (I'm a real klutz). I rarely use it, but keep it in a high-traffic area of the house so that I periodically hop on it for a few minutes. I'm not particularly well-conditioned, so this experience could just be me and not a legit commentary on the quality of this product. It was easy to assemble. Probably the best feature it has is that my cats like to seek refuge under it when I'm messing with them. It IS exercise, and you WILL get your heart rate up, and I barely made it through a 30-minute workout (just used a free video on YouTube). If I had tried it out in store, not sure I would have purchased one. I was sort of hoping it'd be "fun." So again - it's not what I thought it was going to be, but this could just be personal and you might have different results. You might want to try one out in a store first.
