They are fairly large but not a problem swallowing. But what I really wanted to mention was the laxative effect. I know some reviewers have mentioned it and I wanted to agree with them. I actually ordered this again because of the laxative effect - I take some strong painkillers for persistent back pain and they can block you up a bit. But two of these at night and I find no problem in the morning. More effective than prune juice, and prune juice is good. So I think you should keep that in mind, would that quality be an advantage for you or not? A while ago I found they were actually making me a bit too regular so I got some chelated magnesium to use instead for a while. You have to be careful with these ones!
