Took a while to arrive. Have not used it yet .

For me the coconut was a little too dry to eat just from the package which is what I like to do. If you put it into something liquid you probably would not have that problem. I like to just snack on it by itself so wish that it would be more moist.

This is a great product. Bought online since I could no longer find it at our local grocery store. Sadly it was shipped in a crushable envelope and the coconut flakes are no longer flakes.
