Can you use on dyed hair

I think there is a special Nexxus product for dyed hair. I would use that

I bought this and the shampoo. The shampoo has the cap seal inside but the conditioner doesn't have the aluminum seal. Why it does not have it?

I quit buying this on Amazon. I tried buying it several times and it had a strange smell. I don’t think it’s the same product.

Is this sulfate-free?
