Love how it works.

I love this little gadget. It is so handy. The rubber flexes so that it will fit pretty much any pan size you have, including skillets. Dumping the cooking water from your food has never been easier, just bend the flexible rubber to the curvature of the pan and use the large, strong clips to clip it to that pan's curvature. Perfect. You drain the liquid and you don't lose any of your food, like you sometimes do using a lid or a spoon. For use with frying pans, I don't know if hot grease will affect the rubber, so consider this before you try and dump that grease using the strainer. This is better than a stand-alone strainer, because it's small, easily fits in your dishwasher and really, most of the time, you can simply use a bit of dish soap, rinse, and let dry. Plus, you get two of these strainers with your purchase. To me, this is a really great, extremely inexpensive addtion to your kitchen utensils.

They are simple and easy to use. Clipping them onto a pot is effortless and they hold well. The rubber material is exceptional, leaving no craving for improvement. The size is adequate for moderate usage, though it was 'borderline' for straining a pound of pasta in a 3-1/2 qt sauce pan - I had to be elaborate/intricate to not allow the noodles to overflow this accessory. This is not as much of a problem for long noodles (spaghetti, et al.), but becomes apparent with short-cut pasta (shells, in my case) - which can bulk up and over the base of the strainer. All-in-all, I would still recommend this for convenience's sake, as I think it's mostly easier to use and clean than other types of strainers. ▪▪▪ 4-1/2 ☆'s ▪▪▪ What's more... {In totality unnecessary, the 2-pack was optimal due to the clear bargain it presents over a single one from this manufacturer}

I bought the set of two in order to have one each at our camp and at our apartment in town. I will take one to our winter rental next year as strainers, along with can openers, can be dicey in rentals. This item works great and as advertised. It is easy to store, easy to use, easy to clean. I will keep my collapsible over-the-sink colander for washing fruit and such, but for draining cooked food, this is now the tool of choice.

I’ve was on the fence about these clip on strainers for quite a while. I finally bought them & want to kick myself. They are so convenient & easy to use. No more burning myself trying to strain with a pot lid. They fit my pots that have a thick lip & stay put. During use, no strays escape & steam facials are at a minimum. No need to pull out a large strainer. Easy to clean and for the price a great value. I’m very happy with this purchase

These are great. They work on everything from small pots to large soup pots, have even used it on a large 6 cup measuring cup. Ordering them for stocking stuffers this year! Also easy to store

These are excellent quality compared to the one I had to replace.

Works well on bigger pots, not so good for smaller pots.
