Good Machine, Awesome Keurig customer service
We have had other Keurig models and liked them, so last December, when we needed a new unit for a new home (which has less counter space), we chose this model for its small footprint. In using it, we found that the “favorite” buttons, which let you preset 3 different brew settings, are great for our household because we each like our coffee a bit different. Issues started when I did the first descaling process when the machine prompted us to after 3 months. For a few days, it didn’t perform correctly. Then one morning everything was fine again. However, after the second machine-prompted descaling at 6 months, the machine would give us only about 3/4 of the amount of water requested from each of the various oz settings. I tried all of the fixes on the Keurig site and Youtube (except for the ones telling you to take the coffee maker apart. Hard pass on that.) The unit had a 1-year warranty, so I called Keurig on Sept. 19 to tell them of our issues. They asked standard questions about the serial number & so on. After a few minutes, I was talking with an agent about the process for getting a brand new machine with a 1-year warranty. They also sent an email outlining the process. I replied with all of the documentation that same day. They sent another email on the 20th saying a new unit would be delivered within 3-7 business days. It arrived today (Sept. 22nd) and it works perfectly. I’m a very pleased customer!

RIP Keurig
My experience with the Keurig K-Supreme Coffee Maker has gone from disappointing to utterly frustrating, and I feel compelled to share my journey in the hopes of saving others from this headache. I bought the K-Supreme on February 8, and when it arrived, I was met with a cracked water reservoir right out of the box. Amazon handled it well and quickly sent a replacement, which I received by February 14. At first, the new unit was a dream come true. The coffee was delicious, and I truly enjoyed the customizable features. It was a relief to finally have a machine that could brew coffee just the way I liked it. However, this brief period of happiness came crashing down on October 4 when I attempted to descale the unit per the manufacturer's instructions. After finishing the descaling process, the coffee maker simply refused to turn back on. I was shocked and incredibly upset to notice a burning smell coming from the unit. This isn't what I expected from a product that was marketed as premium. To say I am angry would be an understatement. I’ve invested in a coffee maker that was supposed to enhance my daily routine, and instead, I’m left with an unusable, burnt-out machine after just a few months of reliable use. The irony of having to delicately care for the machine only to have it "die" during routine maintenance is maddening. How can a product that seems to promote itself on quality just fail like this? Now, instead of enjoying my morning brew, I’m stuck dealing with customer service again and worrying about whether I’ll get a refund, a replacement, or some other solution that will take even more time. It’s incredibly disheartening to have gone through so much just to be left with disappointment. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the Keurig K-Supreme at all. There are so many coffee machines on the market, and I wish I had chosen a different model. This experience has severely shaken my confidence in the brand, and I hope others avoid the same frustration I’ve encountered. Save your money and look elsewhere!

A welcome update to the Keurig brew system product line.
Four days into my experience and this new Keurig is overall a welcome mix of new features and a calculated list of obsolete/removed formerly sought after features. • Biggest new plus: programmable pre-sets so you can pick and reuse your favorite temp/brew strength/size combo (three memory buttons with a hold to save like a car radio preset). Preset is customizable across 3 settings each for temp and brew strength, 5 settings for beverage size. • Energy Savings: Has no clock or on timer - turns off after 5 min after last use PERIOD. BUT - turns on and is an instant on demand - no big internal hot water tank, no noticeable delay in brewing. Saves power and is faster overall than waiting for the heat-up on my older style machine. • Now has a 5 needle injection system to provide water - so in theory better brew flavor/quality. This negates many of the older reusable k-cup systems, but this unit does come with one such new style k-cup. • Overall MUCH quieter than the older models. The sounds are significantly different if you use a stronger brew setting, but the actual “ingest water” is lacking that giant pump hum of earlier models. • No "powered on" light in the water tank like my old k-elite, (unless there's a "fill me" light up alert which I have not tested for) but this is fairly minor since the new “with handle” style of tank is much easier to carry to the sink for filling than ANY previous model that I’ve experienced over the years. • Has "over ice" settings which I probably won't ever use - but i can see the appeal for some people. • The counter footprint is about 1/3 less than more traditional models, and the removable tank allows for easy use even when partially under a cupboard. The flip up for k-cup loading still requires a chunk of room naturally. My only minor gripe thus far is that the mug platform is a touch undersized for my large (30 oz) mug's base - another half inch would have been perfect.

Coffee machine came fitted with a US/Canadian plug. It runs on 120v so will not work in the UK even with a UK plug fitted. No response from the seller. I would not buy this again.

This machine worked for the first 8 months, and then it wouldn't push coffee out properly. I figured out a workaround where I punch the pod in place, then turn it 180 degrees and punch it down again which worked 90% of the time. 10% of the time it created a total mess with coffee grinds everywhere, but I dealt with it. Now after about 12 months of use it only creates one good coffee every two pods I use. This is not an acceptable rate, thus the poor review. But the machine looks great on my countertop...
