Good product. Does what its supposed to do. I had a slightly off sized irrigation line, which I didn't discover until trying to connect to my standard 1/2 inch line. This does the job and connects the 2 together.

I love these connectors. Easy to install and bullet proof. My drip lines are in full sun and brutally hot temperatures in the Sierras and I need something durable. These will eventually fail in direct sun 100+ temperatures, but it takes 4-5 years. If you place something over the connector to shield it a bit, they will last longer. At my house near the CA coast, I’ve never had one fail. Overall I find them very dependable and will continue to buy these.

These are the first connector I've used that will provide a leak proof connection regardless of the brand of tubing I'm using. I've found myself with a few different brands of tubing strung across my yard and a bucket full of connectors I can't remember fit what. I will say for sure, there are many connectors that will either leak or completely blow off when used on the wrong tubing. Unfortunately, until I tried these, I can't say for sure which ones will or won't do this. These look nothing like anything else I have laying around. I don't have to worry about coming out in a day to find my connection blew apart and literally sprayed my plants right out of the ground. I honestly didn't find them overly difficult to use either. I didn't warm the tubing or anything like that. I do wear nitrile work gloves most of the time in the garden, so it's possible these give me the grip to easily push these together. Without the gloves, I've often struggled to attach even 1/4" line onto the barb fittings without pain, So maybe it's the gloves that made it possible. These were actually easier than any of the ones I've used that push "over the tubing". These slide inside and just work....

Fit perfectly

This is a quality link to repair irrigation hoses. It is a very hard tight fit like it is supposed to. Your job will be much easier if you warm up the hose with a lighter for a little bit and put some Vaseline or silicone grease on the fitting before pushing it on.

I used the compression coupling that you buy in the big box store for years. They are difficult to use - really need to muscle them in place especially if the pipe is cold. These are great! Attach easily and cost less than the other type. By the way - I was skeptical that they would leak, but they held tight.

Fits perfect and repaired my damaged drip line. Took about 30 seconds to install and all good. the 4 packs means I can do this 3 more times if I have to.
