Don't panic...heres what you got to do!
It seems to help quite a bit in fighting these evil blood sucking beasties from hell! It can't do all the work by itself because these things are ridiculously hard to murder but it really does help control and kill a large portion of them. Remember that it takes a few days to for the powder to work. It is not instantaneous. It is a great tool to use for longterm control while using a more immediate method of extermination. I used this brand of powder and Cimexa(which is very similar). I sprayed first around the edges of my baseboards both on top and bottom with Temprid fx (with Gentrol added in.Gentrol is suppose to help cut down the bed bug population by making it so their young can't reproduce, however its doubtful you will be able to get every BB so thats why you need to apply more than once) I also sprayed ceiling corners . The spraying has to be repeated more than once because of the life cycle because nothing will truly 100% kill all the eggs, but it really works. If you keep repeating every week then you can kill all the adults and nymphs and there will be no more eggs laid. I am about to do my 3rd treatment of the house even though I haven't seen any alive or haven't seen evidence of any bites just to make sure. I will probably do this for awhile so I have peace of mind that the b@st@rds are gone and then transition to once a month...then every 6 wks and so on. Also a quality steamer like the SKG steam mop helped me sooo much in the fight against these things! I went along the edges of my place more than once with an attachment before spraying with the pesticide! It has to be a real hot steamer that gets over 140° because that can kill the bugs and the eggs.A regular clothes steamer WON'T do the trick. The SKG one I have gets to 212° ! It was very satisfying to get them in their hideouts. So remember :1.If you can, steam! 2.Spray a good insecticide, not crap from walmart or home depot. It doesn't work...trust me :( RESEARCH! 3.Wait for insecticide to dry and then apply this powder for extra knockout power and long lasting control. Washing your bedding and clothes and drying them 20 mins past when they are dry (on the hottest setting your dryer gets) and keeping them in plastic bags or weather proof totes will help you as well! Its a real process and hardwork to get rid of them but if you can do these steps I think you will be all right! Good luck!

I HATE Bedbugs!!!!!!!!!
My kryptonite is bedbugs. My son brought them to my house from my ex-husband's. When I found them, my first thoughts were where are the matches and gasoline? I spent a couple days freaking out calling every exterminator I could get my hands on. Unfortunately, none would be able to come out that week. So, after A LOT of research, I took it upon myself to get rid of them. After removing the offending mattress from my house, I sprayed their bunk bed down with Harris bed bug killer. When I started to take the slats off, I noticed movement. I immediately sprayed the bugs and killed them. Instead of removing more slats and having bed bugs dropping all over the floor, I cut the bunk bed in quarters with a circular saw, wrapped the quarters up, and threw them all out. I then went after the bedroom with a vacuum. I sprayed Harris BedBug killer on all baseboards, up the wall a quarter of the way, and on the carpet. I went after every room in the house vacuuming and spraying every baseboard and up the wall. I removed all material, including curtains and stuffed animals, and washed and dried them at the local laundromat. I then heat treated my house and brought it all up to 150 degrees for 8 hours. I put bedbug encasements on any remaining mattresses and box springs in my house. After putting my house back together, I used this stuff to put around the baseboards and around the legs of every bed. Getting the brush inside the bottle was a bit of a pain, so I grabbed a tupperware bowl and dumped some in the bowl. I then dipped the brush in the bowl and spread the powder around all baseboards, including the closets, and around the legs of every bed. I also used Harris 5 minute killer spray on my couches. I have constantly checked traps and beds for any signs of any bedbugs and have found nothing. I don't know if it is this stuff or a combination of everything I have done, but I have not seen a bedbug in my house since. I have also noticed no more ants in my house, which I was having a little problem with. I would definitely recommend this stuff in your process of getting rid of the nasty little vermin.

works great but it gets into the air
It works well, but it gets into the air & does spread onto surfaces in the area, if it is on a surface & it gets blown up, or on a material & it gets knocked onto, it will create a cloud & is a very difficult dust to deal with. I used it around my bed & it seems to work (knock on wood 🤞) but it got into my fitted sheet on my mattress & it made a cloud that is very tacky & gross to deal with. But it works! For sure. Worth the money but get gloves, a brush like a makeup brush, & vacuum when done

It actually works!
Did a test run of this product to see how well it works. I have a few bed bugs I bagged up to show the exterminator when they come this time. I bought this powder to apply after they finish their spray to catch any bed bugs that manage to evade the extermination. We just moved into a new place and found that it was infested. Luckily we caught it early but after one exterminator visit, the bed bugs are still here. After the first session I used DE powder and that hasn’t worked at all. I put a tiny bit of this powder in one of the baggies earlier today and the bug is already on its last breathe! I am definitely satisfied with the product and will be glad when we are finally rid of these pests! I plan to keep the powder lining the walls and outlets for at least a year so I’m sure I’ll be buying more. For anyone who isn’t sure I promise you this stuff actually works! Don’t listen to the the reviews that tell you otherwise I know for a fact it does it’s job! Thank you to the precious reviewers for giving me the confidence to buy this stuff and to the Harris company for making something that will help me sleep again!!

Is it supposed to come half empty?
I just got this as a preventative measure, so I can not tell you if this actually kills bed bugs. I can say it arrived half empty.., is this normal? Also, not super easy to use, it’s not difficult, but in my mind I could just quickly dust this but no it actually takes a good bit of time to do.

Best for bedbugs. I had so many sleepless nights and bug bites. After 1 week of use, I don't have any bites. I can see few bugs here and there but for 2 weeks. Later all cleared out.

This Harris powder may be working well in the lab settings. It contains malic acid rather than DE. To some people it smells bad. After application I had headache and dry throat. You have to wait for few days to see less bed bug bites. The powder is well fine but also because of this, it causes some blockage in the vacuum cleaner when you clean the bed after application.
