Product came not usable. Battery was blown and wouldn't charge. Power was getting to game set. We have to replace the internal battery ourselves in hopes that is the cause. Due to the age of gaming device ordering another replacement before christmas wouldn't work. Very disappointed.

Great condition, No scratches, Work like brand new, works with r4,ds,and 3ds games. Last a while on battery life haven't had to charge in in 2 days. Overall looks new plays every new and old ds game. Great product

I was excited to receive this Nintendo 3DS, especially since it was a Christmas gift for my son—the one thing he really wanted. Unfortunately, the system only worked for about 12 hours before completely dying. When we charged it, it would not hold a charge at all. At first, I thought the issue might be the charger, but after troubleshooting, it became clear the battery itself was bad. I contacted the seller and asked if a replacement battery could be sent. The seller said they would check with their inventory manager, but I never received a follow-up response. They did offer a full refund if I returned the product, but since this was my son’s Christmas gift and the system itself worked, I didn’t want to send it back. In the end, I had to purchase a replacement battery myself. Once installed, the 3DS works perfectly—confirming that the original battery was defective. My main concern is why a product was sent out with a bad battery in the first place, and why the issue wasn’t properly resolved once it was identified. While I’m relieved the system works now, I shouldn’t have had to spend extra money to fix a problem that existed upon arrival. I would recommend the product itself, but buyers should be aware they may need to replace the battery and that seller support was disappointing in this situation.

Came in great condition (very few scratches on the back but I don’t mind). Works like a charm, wish I got this years ago!
