Very effective for pressure washing
I have a petrol power washer which puts out a high volume of water @ 4000psi so I can only speak about how this item works with that class of washer (rather than the usual DIY electric models). It worked very well cleaning my rear patio and front driveway, blasting off several years of grime from my Indian Sandstone paving. I had bought 10ltrs of Black Spot remover thinking it would be necessary to get the sandstone clean (it was near black all over!) but in the end I didn't use it because this thing removed 98% leaving the surface near perfect. I may use the chemical to remove the few remaining spots. Mind you, it took 4 hours to do the job and maybe it would have been faster using the chemical, but once I started what I thought would be a 'pre-wash' I just kinda kept going :-) It was another 4 hours washing the rear patio but that was plain concrete flags though it still came up well. After use I figured it would be a good idea to make sure the nozzle was empty of water then squirt some GT80 lube in it so it wouldn't sieze up in storage. I've done this job before using a standard nozzle and this rotary nozzle was better. Anyway, it's already earned its 5 stars from me and I;ve used it since for washing the car.

Good enough to remove old paint
It works great on a 6.5hp petrol washer. I'm using it here to remove concrete paint but it's great for cleaning also. Haven't tested it on an electric power washer but for petrol powered one is fantastic. If it leaks, the connections are not tight enough or the oring has perished. Not necessarily the items fault.

It worksok but the throughput of water seems to be somewhat restricted.
