Can this hold tight on a dw 5000 or 3000 cymbal stand ?

No this mount is made to attach to a rack which is 2" diameter as opposed to 1 7/8" diameter on a cymbal stand

How much weight can it hold up ? drum pad wise

It can hold any pad or cymbal. Not sure how much weight it needs to hold, but it’s a sturdy stand

Solid hardware

Solid as a rock! Word of warning - this did NOT fit into the Millennium electronic snare I bought it for as the L-bracket is too thick.At least it didn’t until I drilled the hole bigger, fits now!
