The product was of very low quality, durability, proper fitting issue . No worth the price tag

I wish I didn't have to write on here, but Amazon make it impossible to contact them re the problems with this product. The only option I have is to choose REFUND which I can't do as the screen is already on my iphone. I wanted to contact the supplier to say that this product is very dull, not bright at all. It has a dull look to it and not like a geniune apple screen replacement at all. I was wondering whether it was a fault with the screen I was sent but was trying to give the supplier the option to talk with me, but seems I can't have such a chat on Amazon. The whole experience has been disappointing. I wish I didn't have to write on here.

I broke the screen of my iPhone 7 plus during my efforts on changing the battery. My dilemma was purchasing any locked iPhone on eBay, or just the screen. There are other sellers on the market for just single screens, but when I saw this seller, the good feedback from over 2000 people, the efforts that the seller did to keep their customers happy, and the video on how to install the screen, I decided to give them a chance. I am glad I did, their product is great, it showed in my door next day. I used other videos from you tube as well, just so I don't do mistakes to replace parts on my iPhone as I go through. I took my time and was going every step on the way after looking the videos on my computer. I would recommend a magnetic pad for anyone who works these kind of projects. I placed a screen protector after finishing the job. It took me 3 hours, and I am good with these kind of projects, just was taking my time to avoid any costly mistakes. The most difficult tasks were detaching the camera from the broken screen, since it was very fragile, and I had to work very gentle. Reinstalling the little screws in the metal plates was a challenge too. The screen is as good as the new one. Not sure how long will it be so, hope the quality of the screen will remain so in the future. So far I am very happy with the product and it's quality. The screen is working as it should and is sensitive to the touch of my finger. Thanks again.

it was good but didnt come with any parts that you have to put on the screen, such as homebutton, camera and more.

Ordered the LCD and it managed to arrive two days before it’s intended time, which is amazing for this product. Even after testing to see if the LCD is fully functional as it is now, that’s another awesome part about this product. Now, here we are where this product is fully installed onto this earth home and there appears to be an orange blob on the screen and I have no idea how to rid of it, as I may have been the cause of it since the blob wasn’t there prior to the full installation of the display. Either way, this product is amazing and I do recommend if you REALLY know how to install an LCD and not get to a point where I am

Installed just fine using my own home button but and the home button function didn’t work. Took my phone apart again, unplugged the home button, plugged it back in, put it back together, turned on, aaaaand still didn’t work. Took it apart again and replaced the FFTopu screen with my old screen, put it all back together and the my same home button works fine (old screen has a pixel line problem I can deal with until Another replacement comes in). This proved that the home button connection must be faulty out of the box. As complex as these screens are, it’s bound to happen. But it’s still annoying to risk damaging my phone and parts just to have a brand new faulty replacement part. Plus side is the screw drivers worked well. I am ordering another right away in hopes that I just got the bad luck of the draw. Here’s hoping for the next one. Update: customer service reached out to me and seemed apologetic and willing to work with me. The next screen I got from them worked like a charm.
