Motorola MOTO E (Renewed)

I use a version of this and love it. Darling Hubby loses, breaks, etc so he doesn't "get nice things" anymore. This is a good device for someone who has a rough job. And is a little tech tarded.

The phone looked brand new and operates as such. It was a phone for my daughter and did not want to spend 300-400 dollars just in case she abused privilege's I would not be out a lot of money if had to take away. She loves and hasn't stopped smiling.

This device worked properly, excluding the ability to receive any incoming text messages when I received it. After trying everything possible on the device, I contacted customer support on Amazon. They directed me to Motorola's customer support, which was of no use and had me try the same things over again I had prior. I finally figured the issue out myself by calling and having my provider enable CDMA-less provisioning. The phone itself arrived disgusting and covered in a sticky residue, complete with dust and hair. That said, it does what it's supposed to and that's about it. Often the fingerprint reader has a delay waking the device up. The camera is alright, but nothing that fancy. Anytime I use the headphone jack there's either muffled distortion or it's so quiet you can't hear it, so it's nearly a useless feature I was looking forward to. The battery life seems to be great for me anyway, I can go about 2 days of general use without charging, maybe longer depending. It's a budget phone with some good features, but if you can afford it, go ahead and get something better. I wouldn't buy refurbished/renewed again.

I purchased one of the renewed phones I've had it now for a few weeks and so far it works great,all of the features work good and calls are clear with no interference overall it's a nice phone for the price.

The phone is pretty good. The only disapointing thing about Motorola E phone, is that it no longer has a gallery app and I had a hard time figuring out how to organize my photos.

Do not buy this phone at all. It is the worst phone I've ever owned. Super slow , will take a minute or more just to open an app. I added a 64G memory card to give it some more space. I've had this phone less than a year now and it will randomly shut it self off and will take 5 or more minutes to open. Sometimes it will not come back on at all despite me pressing the power button multiple times.

Works well enough to process transactions for my business.

I bought this for my thirteen year old. I have a similar Motorola and honestly I would never pay the steep prices for a brand name. This phone had everything the higher end phones have, and it's just perfect for what he needs it for. Great battery life.

By the time you get it update don you are left with only 40 percent internal storage...2nd problem was the text size, even with the setting on the largest I needed glasses to see the writings... Unless you have a perfect vision it's very hard to see the writing, specially your phone contacts and texts.
