Dr. Brown's Original Bottle, Single, 4 Ounce

I am really happy that we gave these bottles a try. My daughter has a milk allergy we know now, but before switching to hypoallergenic formula, she had TERRIBLE trapped gas. These bottles helped immediately. Once we started her on hypoallergenic formula we started using Playtex bottles again too and we could tell the difference in bottles. So we will ONLY use others in a pinch. I really recommend these bottles for anyone who has a baby that cries a lot! It took me a while to figure out that it was gas. I really wish we would've had these from the first day we started her on a bottle! As for cleaning, it's really not that bad. We tried the Enfamil AR and even with that thick formula, it didn't clog up anything. They give you a pretty good brush to clean the small parts and after about a week you get used to it.

Best bottles to lessen gas for a colicky baby. Yes, there are extra pieces to clean, but it’s totally worth a baby being more comfortable.

I purchased 8, yes 8, different bottles for my baby to try when it was time for me to go back to work and begin bottle feeding. He is a breastfed baby that also suffers Gastroparesis, colic, and reflux. The change from breast to bottle was a big deal. Anyway, this was one of the 8... It is easy to assemble and not too bad to clean… with a good soak. It screws directly onto my Madela breast pump, which is nice. Baby drank easily and had very little spit ups following feeding. We wound up purchasing more of these.

I'm satisfied with my purchase. I tried 3 other brands before this and this is by far my favorite. I just hate that it has so many pieces!

Seems to help with gas, but c'mon with the bottle parts! Gas vs washing parts? Washing parts wins. Gas for a baby is horrible.

We always use these bottles. Better than any other bottle hands down when doing with gas. I just bought it for my cousins baby. Works wonders. You can never see gas bubbles in this bottle so u know its good!

I had bought different bottles to try with our newborn.. the bottle seems to work okay but I didn't see any huge difference between Dr. Brown on Nuby 4 oz bottle.

Been using these bottles for almost two months. After trying the Comotomo Natural Feel and the Lansinoh mOmma, my husband and I found this bottle to be the best. It really does a great job at minimizing air bubbles and it's standard shape is convenient. Our son is breast fed and had no problems with this bottle from the start.
