I am on my second bottle of this Omega 7 Oil... taking two tablets per day. I have been suffering for two years with major back pain, bone-on-bone disk in lower back and two messed up disks in my neck. Also, severe plantar fasciitis and hip bursitis issues. The first year, I had many, many procedures including cortisone injections, PRP and ultimately neck fusion last September. Hardest physical thing I have EVER been through. I read about this Omega 7 a few weeks ago and decided to try it. Without a doubt, I have to say that THIS supplement has made the quickest and most profound difference! I swear, I could tell a difference within about 3 days! Right now, I feel less pain than at any time in at least two years! I am still working hard at my strength, but even that has become easier and I can work out harder and feel a building endurance. My overall body pain has subsided to a Huge degree. I definitely intend to continue supplementing with this amazing Omega 7 Oil and highly recommend to everyone. This is a great product!

Quality product

Purchased this because Barleans stopped making their Heart Remedy-Omega 7. This product works well but have to take 2 a day and still don't get the superior pain relief that 1 Barleans Heart Remedy provided. Started taking the Barleans to lower C Reactive Protein and was very surprised that it also greatly eliminated pain. When Barleans Heart Remedy was no longer available tried Sea Buckthorn Omega 7 which did nothing to relieve any pain, at least for myself. Found this on Amazon and very glad to have found it. Get pain in the lower thumb joints and this product relieves the pain to the point that life is livable. Have a subscription.

I read various reviews about this product and decided to try it. No fishy taste when taking. Yes, the carb cravings seem to be less. Yes, the overall effects on skin seem to be good. Breakouts are less, Friends say the skin glows. That being said, I'm also using a collagen,supplement and multivitamin as well. There were a couple of reviews by ladies about some positive personal effects. And that being said, if you are in your 50s and life is"changing" or has "changed" this supplement seems to be helpful Yes I will continue to use Omega 7. What I am waiting on is the annual physical stats for additional quantifiable proof of effectiveness. Definitely a recommended produce.

I just turned 50 and consider myself, relatively, healthy. I'm very active and within the average weight range for my height. I love the Omega-7. I've only been taking it for 2 weeks, but I noticed a change just 1 day after starting it. My bp was 198/112 the night before I began to use it, and the 1st night my bp had come down drastically to 137/76. I feel great. No more issues with my IBS, the awful arthritis pain that kept me awake at night barely bothers me much anymore, I have actually been able to sleep comfortably through the night without being woke up from pain or having to pee every hour, I've even lost a little weight and am finding that I am not craving much of anything that's bad for me. I can't wait to see what my cholesterol is like. Last time it was tested, my Ldl was waaay out of control at 380. I'm sure that there's an improvement there as well. My goal is to break free from having to take prescription drugs for high blood pressure, cholesterol, and pain management. I can actually see this as a possibility now thanks to Omega-7.

In the past 6 months I've lost a lot of weight due to increasing my physical activities both during work and at home. I started to participate in bootcamp classes and switched to the one-a-day meal method. After losing 60 lbs of fat and water weight and adding a little muscle in the process, bringing me down to 200 lbs even, I found myself at a plateau. I wanted to lose an additional 20 lbs. I've only been taking the purified omega 7 supplement for nearly 2 weeks, but I am already starting to see results as those final stubborn pounds are going away. I've lost an additional 4 lbs so far and have even noticed less pain in my knee, although I cannot say whether this is due to the supplement or my recent weight loss events. We have been taking this supplement for about 2 years. Took it because it was recommended by our Preventive Care doctor. We already were taking Omega 3 and other fatty acids and this is to help to maintain a healthy balance of fatty acids. We have had no issues with this product. Pills are easy to swallow and have no after taste.
